They charge way to much for a unit plus they charge you two different fees a month if your late one is $50 and the other one is $66.99 this is unacceptable that’s why I moved out and Lynn she’s definitely not very friendly at all she will worry you call/text and email!! Glad to be moved out after years of dealing with her!!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulEveryone was great especially Shelly love her to death
MARY B | Experiencia generalEverything about this haul was excellent
Annette D | Experiencia generalAfter hours contact number does not work
JASMINE C | Mudanza en líneaRates to high. Started five years ago at $110, now 174. I know prices are increasing everywhere but your costs would not have gone up that much.
THOMAS W | Experiencia generalI had a storage unit and rented a truck a couple of times. I fully appreciated the help of Shelly at the denton office as she was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Keep up the good work !
EDWARD C | Experiencia generalOur only disappointment came when we were cleaning the unit out. Apparently there is a leak on the interior wall between our unit (an end unit) and the next one. There was A LOT of water, causing damage to many items. I know we had some heavy rain recently, but for the water to be on the interior wall between units seem concerning, especially for anyone moving into that unit. Otherwise the unit was a perfect location for us and always easily accessible.
Alfred S | Experiencia generalReally nice friendly people great job 👍
SUSAN W | Experiencia generalStaff very helpful with billing and when gate was malfunctioning staff was right on the problem and fixed the issue very quickly.
DAVID H | Experiencia generalThanks for everything!!!
DOROTHY J | Experiencia generalEvery few months rates kept going up when these last owners took over.
ROBIN B | Experiencia generalI couldn't move into my original unit due to equipment issues ie gate. The one representative Lynette Whitby really went the extra mile to get this resolved and was great to deal with. In the end we are very happy with the result.
