RAFIK B | Experiencia generalThe team at Easton was wonderful. Efficient with check in, answered all questions. Overall great experience
Karen M | Primeras impresionesThe carpets on the main floor in the halls are fairly clean but very aged. Recommend considering replacement soon.
WILSON W | Primeras impresionesKim is extraordinary in all respects that I experienced!
JAN L | Primeras impresionesStaff was always kind and willing to assist with any issues that arise during the visit.
tyrone P | Experiencia generalThe gentleman working was so helpful, professional & courteous. I think his name is Shaun. I did recommend that it would be beneficial to have a ramp feature at the entrance to the storage facility load/unload area. It is difficult to lift furniture up the high curb at the loading area.
Mary D | Primeras impresionesGreat staff and facility.
Karen C | Experiencia generalMy wife and I sold our home and needed space as our Florida home was smaller. Your Ocean Gateway, Easton Md. storage and Rental Facility is extremely clean, bright and conveniently located. What I appreciated most of all, over the early 4 years, was the manager, Kim De La Torre and her granddaughter Brooke. It’s rare in business today to find and retain such incredibly pleasant, kind and helpful people. Thank you for a most pleasant and satisfying experience!!
Kevin N | Experiencia generalKim that runs the place is fantastic
Thomas C | Experiencia generalKim is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She’s been so wonderful, so very kind and really made my experience with my U-Haul storage unit one to remember, if needed i will always return to her location for any of my U-Haul needs; would highly recommend anyone I know to go to her location as well. Thanks so much for everything Kim!
