Staff were v. helpful and friendly. 1 downside: bad car access to units - no place to turn around or drive through, and the corners are VERY tight even for car let alone a moving van!!

My access card would not work at the gate multiple times and the doors were locked until 3pm on January 8, 2016 and the doors were not cleared of snow

Should have the option of uhaul to drop it off and picked back up from where you wish instead of going to pick it up and drop it back off. Should have more options for the questions also.
