Grant H. | Overall ExperienceCame to this place after another storage business let me down. They found me a unit the same day, all a very quick and easy process and very easy to go check on my stuff. They even give you the lock for free! Will be using them again should I need it.
Lauren A. | Overall ExperienceWe reserved and rented a particular size unit through the online portal. When we arrived, we were told that size was not available and had no choice but to take the next bigger size. We were not offered this at the same price as the one we reserved, instead, we were offered one month free. However, we were already entitled to one month free because we also rented a van. We feel like we were pushed into a larger unit on purpose. If the unit we reserved was not available, the management had plenty of time to call and inform us ahead of time so that we could have made an informed decision.
