The staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were directed to the choices we had, but there was no pressure to make a particular decision. We've used this facility in the past and were happy with the previous services. That was the deciding factor in returning. New staff and manager but the services were even better than in our memory -- excellent.

This specific location was ideal and had great staff friendly atmosphere welcoming. I decided to move out all my stuff and leave as a customer because since management changed a few months ago the service went out the door. From threatening to remove my "Privileges" for a rock that was holding up a door to smoking right in front of office door while her kids play in areas trafficked by movers and moving vehicles. I will not be using uhaul for storage ever again due to these experiences nor will I recommend this location.

Bait and switch with truck drop off charges. Charged for fuel I didn’t use. Double charged for insurance. Rip off. Disputing with bank. Terrible service
