Stephanie E | Primeras impresionesI closed out my unit months ago ... what the heck is going on here ...
Andrew W | Primeras impresionesI was told you guys pro-rate upon checkout, but didn't get my full pro-rated refund and had to argue about it to get what I got back. That's my only disappointment.
Chad H | Experiencia generalArrived at my unit only to find trailers and trucks all over the yard. It was very hard to maneuver around the yard we had to move trailers to get access to our unit trucks were parked infront of units very disorganized very stressful and then we couldn’t find the code machine to unarm the unit our door on our unit only opens half way because the lock gets stuck going up. Will probably look for a different storage unit for the end of the month this yard is to disorganization and with the door only opening half way it was extremely hard to move things in also no lights in the units. Worse experience I’ve had at a storage unit.
Stephanie e | Primeras impresionesI would highly recommend this location. The manager Nick and his staff were all fantastic and accommodating during our stressful time of losing most of our belongings in a house fire. The price was reasonable and the unit was clean.
Allison K | Experiencia generalGreat staff Very helpful and kind. :)
Nathan M | Experiencia generalAll of the staff was friendly and helpful, thanks the great customer service!
Allison K | Primeras impresionesI am absolutely pleased with my uhaul storage experience the staff is also amazing and friendly not to mention helpful i had my unit for a long period of time and they were also accommodating in difficult times im grateful for their storage being a convenient option at an uncertain time in my life not to mention i got one month free storage when I rented the truck it was amazing I will definitely be using uhaul in the future and I recommend them to everyone who is in need of their services
MEREDITH A | Experiencia generalIn a few months I put my stuffs and other bulky furniture, appliances, especially my scooter bike I know they are all in safe and secure inside. Thanks for the great accommodations I really appreciate all the staffs were very helpful to me, see you again till the next when I need your friendly service, ciao!
Roderick S | Experiencia generalour storage is located at 2020 it was a challenge for us to move our stuff without elevator.
Emerito T | Experiencia generalNicolas runs a tight ship, great work. Bill
William Y | Experiencia generalOh by the way, the shutter door needs little tweaking; the left side of the shutter derails as it's being raised when opening. I will mention it again when moving out. Thank you!
