I didn't use facility

Khilad R | First ImpressionsValerie is very nice. I never asked Valerie because I doubt it was her decision. It is very inconvenient that the drive-in bays are closed. It makes moving much harder when I have heavy items in a car. For that reason, I therefore cannot rate the facility above average because, heck, it's just a storage facility. I have used dozens in different cities, and there is nothing unique about this one that I have not seen before. Valerie did explain the camera system and she was proud about it, but that is normal everywhere these days since the cost has gone down so much. It's average to me. Open the drive in bays and it would be above average.

Corinne B | Overall ExperienceSo i distinctly walked in there bought the storage unit then found out the next day I was moving to Nanaimo. I distinctly remember renting the truck and finding a locker in nanaimo. Which was done then are there. Packing moving and closing my account with you guys. There is nothing in the storage locker, there was never anything in the storage locker and I told you guys I was moving the only thing I forgot to do... was drop off the key when I left the next morning. I don't owe you guys any money whoever dealt with me that morning Just forgot to cut the lock off and I'm not going to get sodomized for a mistake.
