The lady who helped us pickup our uhaul was fantastic, helpful, and friendly. The older lady with glasses who was assisting the trainee (the trainee was amazing as well) who was helping us, was rude, short, and snarky with us. Turned us off. Other then her, the overall experience was fantastic.

The box truck I rented was not well maintained and it looked like the drivers door was damaged really bad. The drivers door would not close properly and the engine light was on the entire time. Poor maintenance is normal for Uhaul but this was a little worse than normal. The service was great and the front counter staff were great.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained things clearly and got things moving fairly quickly in a busy time. More counter staff would have been better for the line up but the one girl did a very good job by herself
It says 1995 a day I rented for four days and my bill comes to $185 I only drove no more than 15 km I was using it for business beside where I picked up from and I got charge for more miles when it was supposed to be kilometres not happy at all and I am very disappointed

Pick up of the trailer was smooth and efficient. Drop off was a little disorganized and slow but staff were pleasant and helpful.
Stop ripping people off. I filled the tank to 3/4 full and was told it wasn't close enough. Next time I may as well leave it and pay the $9.99 instead of $20.00 and the $9.99.
Not to park the U-Haul's to close too each other we had to get the guy to drive the U-Haul out of the spot it was bumper to bumper

U-Haul retailers must follow local laws and wear masks at all times in indoor spaces during COVID-19. This was not followed at this location.
They didn't give me all the items and still charged me! They charged me for 18 extra kilometres

I booked my U Haul at this location in person 3 weeks ahead of time. I said to the U Haul associate at the time that i need a dolly. She confirmed with me that she will have the dolly and the truck ready for me on the day of my pick up. I also received this email confirming my reservation. Dear ARASH abolfathi We have a 26' Moving Van and Utility Dolly reserved for you and guaranteed Saturday, 10/31/2020 at 10:00 AM. We are located at 520 MERIDIAN RD NE, CALGARY, AB T2A2N7 and our phone number is (403) 235-1125. However on the pick up date the same U Haul associate who booked me and assured me about my reservation told me that they have no dolly available to give me. I was very mad and frustrated since no one from U Haul contacted me to tell me about the dolly so I had to go buy a dolly at the last minute from Home depot for 100$ to do my moving. The U Haul associate attitude was very disgusting and unacceptable, she told me that if I start arguing about what had happened to me she would cancel my reservation altogether and will not even give me the truck that i reserved 3 weeks prior to my moving. I tried many times to contact a manager or someone to explain the situation to them after I left but no one answered phone. I would like to talk to someone and make a formal complaint about what has happened to me.
Send me the wrong bill..with someone else name..and customer service very poor
It would be nice to not stand in line for at least 30 minutes, maybe have more than one or two cashiers at the front desk during busy times. It would also be nice if the mileage was in kilometres for Canada but that might be asking too much....
The drop off location was great, however , trying to contact anyone at uhaul.com was a challenge on the weekend.
Truck was dirty on the outside and there was a lot of mess left behind on the floor of the moving area when I picked it up, two furniture pads in the green bag in the back were soaking wet.
Mangers disrespectful, zero care nor worry about customer service.
When we arrived to pick up our truck we were told one was not available for the amount of time we booked it for and that we could only have it for a much shorter period. The woman we dealt with was nice and eventually found a different truck that we could have for the appropriate amount of time but needless to say it was a stressful situation that is not needed before a move. We were told the booking system is U.S. run and does not match up with this locations policies around length of time allowed for trucks on weekends and end of month. This is a big problem that U-Haul should rectify internally.
I reserved blankets but didn't have them in the truck. Had to go back to ask about them. It was so busy had to wait. Perhaps the truck could have been outfitted with the items reserved. Save some anxiety and having to run around trying to find out what to do.
