Bing HWaited in line for 20 minutes at the store after a reservation was made for the time I was at the store. Trailer was dirty when I picked it up with nails and screws loose in the box. Last person did not clean it. Never even used the trailer because the opening was too small to get my atv in. That was my bad
Darren JAbsolutely amazing customer service. They make it their job to satify the customer, obove and beyond and beyond again. I would recommend this storage unit to the monarchy. The virgin mary, herself, would be proud to store her manger in this facility.

John PI am completely disappointed with the service. The truck was not suitable for snowy conditions-it got stuck in the snow and could not move forward or backward. I called customer service, and they asked me to pay CAD 450 to get assistance to pull the truck out of the snow. I wasted two hours at a location very close to the pickup point, unable to do anything with the truck. All I could do was carefully drive it back to the pickup point, which I managed to do eventually. When I requested a refund, it took me about 30 minutes to complete the process. However, I'm not sure if the refund amount is accurate. I was originally charged approximately CAD 51, but I only received a refund of CAD 49.83. Additionally, I had to refill the truck's gas tank, which cost me CAD 15.83. In the end, all I did was return the truck with a full tank, which cost me CAD 15.83. I can no longer trust U-Haul's service.
Chuen MI don't believe the new owners want to spend any money on maintenance. More concerned about taking money in anything else and customer support was out the window always on the phone and not dealing with the customer in front of them.
Thomas GIf it's snowing better put winter tires on the truck, we kept skidding and getting stuck in snow it was a scary experience. The people at the UHaul office were all friendly and very accommodating. The only problem I had was with the truck.

Pieces that are Missing.so I will be making a report I have used u haul quite a bit in the past, so I am disappointed with this final experience.

John PTruck was a bit sketchy to drive. Seemed liked it wanted to drift off. Once I got to used to the truck it was fine. Not sure if it had front end issues. Was clean tho.

Fast and checkout was even better. The lady was very helpful and she was busy with customers at desk and on the phone. She got me out very fast. Polite on the phone and while helping other customers. Very organized front office. Lots of different sizes of boxes. Towing supplies. Sure makes moving so easy.

Adetokunbo AThe mirrors don't work properly,I am very tiny…had to keep resetting the mirrors manually and they'd were not staying..as there's no automatic settings.. it was very frustrating.I had told the girl ahead of time of my plans and stops clearly..I even brought a friend.we both listened and took pictures of everything as asked…the girl at the front calculated the estimated cost..and said I should be great…I filled more in the gas than needed..got a credit tand still got charged more at the end.because they said I was over the kilometres and charged me 20 more dollars. Yet she knew ahead of my stops.Confusing about gas and kilometres..they seemed rather unorganized..They kept questioning me on the kilometres…over and over…yet I told them everything up front.I Was made to feel as if I was lying.I don't believe I'd go back there.And as a first time renter of these units…they do not walk you thru anything and seem in a hurry. The staff were pleasant but was not a great experience.

I trust you provide your employees with a lunch room to do this. I felt this was quite rude and she did it both times I was in your facility. Otherwise, she did a great job. Rhys WTook 1 hour and 35 minutes to pick up the U-Haul." Computers are slow" there was only 2 people a head of us. They paged the guy 3 times to get the truck ready and they didn't. We ended up having to back the uhual up to the trailer.

Danilo JI lost 1 hour waiting for the cargo van, the attendance let me waiting while she was talking with their coworkers. They don't care about customers time. The vehicle had some garbage inside. The worse comes when they called me to return the vehicle "on time". You guys don't have a minimum of respect for customers.

Len HYou rented a truck with a faulty battery, it did not turn over the next day and roadside assistance was required. I then had to idle the truck, at my expense, for 40 minutes to hopefully give the battery a charge. The AMA employee that gave me a boost said that the battery was wet and someone peeled off the year sticker. I took photos and recorded the inspection with my phone. Upon returning the truck I shared my experience and concerns. He assured me notes would be included and that the Barlow Trail Manager would call me. I have yet to be called, only billed!

joe sMost storage places are very similar but U-Haul has a family feel to it. For this location I would say the staff makes this place even better and I believe it's all due to how the owner operates the facility. I can't remember the owners name but she is the best owner I've ever met, she cares for her customers as much as she does for her staff. Excellent job and GOD Bless, thank you.

Miles JThe storage clean, and safe, but the workers, conceited, arrogant, they don't pay attention to their work. I was not at home and my storage expired on September 26th, I dont receved any mail, email or phone before 2-3 days , how remind me. I come back and go in the office, the lady said $10 more because late payment. This not big deal, but when I pay everything and I unpack the storage and after one day I got the threatening email, from Nicholas Sim it shouldn't have been. I replied back and I wrote I'm asking for an apology letter because you didn't manage your work well, unfortunately the Nicholas ignore my email.

Trena AThe vehicle was not clean and we found drug parefenalia in the van. We only rented the vehicle for 10 hours but it ended up costing twice as much as if we had taken it for 24 hours. We returned it with more gas than when we got it but that wasn't even aknowleged. When it was booked online, the mileage I entered was changed from 70 to 5 and then froze so it wouldn't allow me to change it. It ended up costing more than $115.00 for 10 hours. I think your vehicle rental information is very misleading and borders on being fraudulent. I could have rented a similar vehicle for an entire 24 hours for less that what I was charged for the short time I had the vehicle from U-Haul

Keith DThis was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any vendor. I was lured in by their "one month free storage" offer, only to find out it was contingent on paying for the first month upfront. That's when the nightmare started. I began receiving "Delinquency Notices" via email and mail, despite having paid. Contacting customer service was nearly impossible. When I finally got through by emailing various addresses I found online, only two responded. One said, "Sorry, we only handle logistics," and the other, the location manager, attempted to help by offering a month for $1.00 as compensation for the inconvenience. However, the issues didn't stop. I was locked out every week due to "Delinquent Account" status, which wasn't true. The first excuse from management was that I used a different lock on my unit, which was a blatant lie- I had purchased the lock directly from that U-Haul location when I signed the contract. Thankfully, I found a much better storage facility with courteous staff, completely unlike U-Haul. When I moved out, there was no apology-just a casual remark that "it's the system" that mistakenly flagged me as delinquent. What a joke! The stress this caused was unbelievable. I will never use you guys again.

Allthough one of three, Moss, interaction with me was for an ill-fated 15 cargo van pickup, that another errogant, wretched and hobo looking woman, 2 days later 25 minutes before I returned the rental had my personal vehicle ticketed and towed from a parking spot on the U-haul lot of which the previous management said was okay to and had parked at least 5 times in the EXACT same spot before for up to a week. There is no signage in front of those two stalls, at least there was not even a week later, stating No Parking. There was one sign several feet to the left of the office entrance door. However, they have since placed 2 new 15 minute signs in front of a couple other stalls directly to the left of the solo one...still not in front of where I was parked. Plus one other fresh 15 minute on a lamp post far to the right of the office. The 3 new signs are noticably more crisp paint and shinier attachement hardware than the first sign.

Also the main doors woodwork half the time to get out and there was U haul truck parked at loading docks all the time . No where to load or unload . You guys need a bigger parking lot .

Had I not had some men assisting with my move I wouldn't have physically been able to transport my items from my apartment to the truck. I am also worried about the physical strain this put on them. If you can reserve dollies thry should be in your truck - guaranteed. I want to take a moment though to really commend your staff. The girl who assisted me checking in and again later who I couldnt get my lock open at the counter maintained friendly and professional service despite being busy all day with a line of customers and constant phones ringing. I couldnt believe she even rememebered my name hours later. Can't say enough nice things about her, she deserves a raise.

They continually provide excellence in communication, response, and understanding in their overall customer services endeavors. I don't believe I've been able to fully express my gratitude to either of them as yet. They are your absolute best assets at that facility. Uhaul, in my opinion could do much better overall (Nick and Sam excluded from this opinion) That's another issue entirely. If the higher-ups ever want/value my feedback, please reach out, contact me. The lift was not coming to the first floor even though no others were not using it at this time. When it did finally open on the first floor, I entered the doors closed however, the elevator did not move for several minutes and doors would not open. The elevator finally began to operate without further issues.

Every unit is secured with individual alarms to keep your stuff safe, there is easily accessible drive up loading docks as well as indoor drive in loading bays, They open early & close late so there is almost always someone on site/in the office to assist when u need it. And the access hours are long and convenient. In the 12+ months i rented a unit here, i had zero problems. Just a great smooth experience. Thanks to all the kind & helpful staff. Especially the manager Nick Sim who went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and a very pleasant experience. I would (and have) absolutely recommended this uhaul storage facility to friends and family. This place is #1

I told the staff and she was kind enough to promo my lock for the inconvenience. I was also given a bottle of water by one of the guys. So be realistic people it can be a busy place so expect line-ups so come earlier than your quoted time. They will handle your needs expediently and courteously. Have a great day team
