Chelsea K. | First ImpressionsThis was my first time using storage and I was moving out of my apartment. When I was reserving the storage facility I told the customer representative I needed something for a 1-2 bedroom size storage unit she advised me this size would’ve been enough. When I got to the facility they had no elevator or ramp and we had to go down stairs with our items. This was not disclosed neither over the phone or at the facility before being taken to the unit. When I saw the unit it was very small and couldn’t fit nothing the size a one bedroom could fit. I am so upset and disappointed because now I am being charged $180.00 for a unit that cannot fit what I need it to and now I need more storage and basically has to spend more money to fit my bed and dresser. I would honestly like this to get a bigger facility because this feels like a rip off at this point. The employees were friendly but the service did not meet my expectations definitely would not recommend!

Even though there was no food stored there but sofa, furniture, boxes of clothes and decorations, etc. Almost everything which was destroyed by them. I was informed that one of the units near by had been forced to vacate due to having food in it. Which is why it caused them to move to my unit. If proper maintenance was taken, my items would not of been destroyed.

Unbelievable
