YULEYSI M | Experiencia generalI saw a poster that was posted in the store I was treated with great customer Service , greeted , told my options And everything went well.
Diana M | Primeras impresionesI requested a small unit to store a bedroom worth of furniture and the female clerk suggested a larger one saying the queen mattress wouldn’t fit in the smaller one; so she upsold me. All for what, a manager’s atta-girl…? I rented it for 10 months and eventually found out the smaller unit would have worked just fine and I would’ve saved $100 a month, so $1,000 when it was all over…in the end, the male clerk was very helpful closing out my unit. Everything was good with the storage n hours; just hate being played for profit when you’re already bringing in huge profits. I had money to waste, but some don’t and that’s unfortunate that they care about money over customers. IF YOU HAVE TO STORE YOUR STUFF, DO IT WUICK BECAUSE THEY’RE ROBBING US
TAMEISHA G | Experiencia generalThe only problem I had was there was some type of bug that that ate and damaged our real Persian rug. The rug needed to be thrown out .
Judith M | Experiencia generalThe only thing that was an issue at times was getting the card sliders to work in the outside units. And in sunlight difficult to read. Otherwise all good. Thank you.
Margaret O | Experiencia generalregard to my storage unit move-in, Robert (Bobby) was thorough, communicative and polite. He quickly got me set up with the unit, and made me feel well informed about how everything works. All of the employees I’ve worked with have been fantastic. I will continue to come back to U-Haul for my moving truck and storage needs. thanks guys.💯- Tim
TIMOTHY M | Primeras impresionesVery satified!
PIERRE D | Experiencia generalBobby was very helpful, professional, and friendly.
Willa S | Primeras impresionesThe man who helped us on Sunday was very rude and needs customer service classes. The young lady who was also working was very friendly and helpful.
Linda B | Primeras impresionesOverall an excellant staff and owner. Thank you.
JAMES L | Experiencia generalThanks for all the help throughout my processing
roy j | Primeras impresionesEveryone on the team was efficient, knowledgeable , courteous and very customer oriented - all in a very good experience renting vans several times and using two storage units; FYI - I want to cite Bobby, a crew member, as an excellent UHaul representative - over the past several months he was very supportive of me as customer, always took an interest in my needs/challenges and stayed engaged throughout my experience with that facility … much appreciated; be sure to keep him. Aincerely, Art D’Elia
ARTHUR D | Experiencia generalStaff was always friendly and helpful.
Kimberly G | Experiencia generalEverything went excellent no complaints thank you
josephine e | Experiencia generalRoof is leaky. The elevator is a little small, but otherwise, very good.
JASON L | Experiencia generalThe manager Charlene and her staff do EXCELLENT work in making it a great experience Everytime I come to this U-Haul. The facility is extremely clean, and she is very helpful whether it's with truck rental or storage. I've honestly never experienced a better U-Haul, and I have used them all over the country.
Eric D | Primeras impresionesHaving specific doors lock during random times is not accessible or helpful for anyone using the facility. The elevator was small and did not allow for larger items to fit. A freight elevator would have been acceptable, but this facility did not have one. The staff was unhelpful and rude during interactions. Overall our experience was terrible and we would not recommend this facility to anyone, nor would we consider Uhaul first for future storage needs.
Maryann S | Experiencia generalGood customer service experience
