Lidia J | Experiencia generalThe only thing is that you guys need a second elevator for move in and move out
YASDEL S | Experiencia generalAt closing time I had 3 carts to load and the door locked and I forgot my code luckily the closing person (Claudia) I believe comes back into the lot to double checked herself and saves the day. Saw her the next day when I returned the truck. Hope I got her name right. The entire staff was great. It felt like they were happy to be there.
wes d | Experiencia generalEveryone was great and very helpful. We only needed the unit for 2 days and it was hassle free.
Patrice A | Primeras impresionesIt was wonderful
Parisse F | Primeras impresionesThank you for your help with my move out. The customer service is excellent. I have used this location on 60 many times and would continue to use them anytime I need to use uhaul. Thank you again.
MELISSA D | Experiencia generalWhy do you charge 2 late fees in one month? Why the aggressive phone calling for being 1 month behind. You called me on Father's day Sunday asking for money. F&ck uhaul!
Derrick W | Experiencia generalBrindan un excelente servicio y todo bien protejido
maria l | Mudanza en líneaVinny and staff were great. Made move in very easy
MIKE S | Primeras impresionesThe best
thomas e | Primeras impresionesSmoke and Vinnie run the uhaul location great! Smoke went above and beyond even helping loading the truck
Jacqueline V | Experiencia generalStart to finish everyone was very nice, helpful and professional. When I returned the U-Haul in Florida I needed storage. The people there were great as well even the regular employees outside were nice and helpful. I had a great experience. Thank you
wes d | Primeras impresionesThe employees I interacted with were very nice and helpful with all the inter-workings. It was very easy to change my turn in trailer location as well as obtain my storage unit. I did find out that you all provide a Military Discount after the fact when I asked about a storage unit price. I did ask about a Military Discount when I first rented the trailer, but they said they didn't have one, which I found out from my these employees at the storage unit that you did. I always ask for one as you never know who provides you one. At my local facility, they said they couldn't provide me back my refund. This was upsetting and confusing to me and your employees at the Chesapeake store. They too were very helpful with the exception of a Military Discount.
