Employees picked my cash asked to hand cash under desk was never applied to my account and subsequently lost my storage I made several reports no one did anything about it

mildred p | First ImpressionsWith so little parking spaces the employees use the parking spaces close to uhaul store and indoor storage and they park the big uhaul tucks in front of the entrance to the indoor storage entry. I remember a time when employees were asked to park far at other spaces to leave the parking spots by store available to customers. Poor customer service.

SUZANNE J | First ImpressionsManessa Martinez is the rudest nastiest general manager. She threatened me and called me to let me know. She’s charging me a disposal fee after I was told by the person who moved me in that I could dispose of an item and said location it took several hours to move me in because my reservation was for a 10 x 10 and when I got there, they did not have any available so they had to find me other units which did not fit all of my Items. This whole U-Haul experience has been absolutely terrible this person. Vanessa started today in her new position and called me threatening me and telling me I immediately had to pick up this item. I have already returned my truck so I have no way to do so I have had the worst U-Haul experience and that is notated on my account. She did not even want to check with this person seeing that he told me that it was OK to put that item there she was not remorseful for my experience whatsoever.
