From the staff to Norma, all my interactions with the staff were professional, helpful and courteous. I would recommend this facility.
ARNNOP S | Overall ExperienceAmazing location with very helpful staff, there was a small issue where I couldn't get into the building but they fixed the issue within 24hrs and returned my money and gave us the first month free. Very professional and polite.

ALBERT B | Overall ExperienceThe loading dock height made it very difficult transferring items from car or truck onto dollies. The keypads to access the elevator and on the elevator were completely frustrating, required multiple sign-ins each time they were used (back and forth on/off the elevator). Then the unit was down endless halls because only one elevator was accessible. I couldn't wait to get out of here and to another facility for more, less expensive and more accessible space. BUT that being said, I have always been a happy U-haul customer renting vehicles and will continue to do so. Just not a fan of this storage facility.

Anthony T | First ImpressionsStaff is beyond excellent. Building is gorgeous, nice and cool inside, and super clean. The pull-up docks make moving im and out super simple. Only negative is that the elevator is relatively small (not even tall), so not everything will fit in if you have something really oversized. Did I mention how great the staff is here? Overall, thos site / staff definitely deserve 5 stars.
