Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulU haul employees at the 56th street Tampa FL location are very welcoming and amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I need. I was overwhelmed and frantic at the time of my move but they were able to calm me down and put my mind and nerves at ease. I was literally in tears because of my situation and they reassured and accommodated me and put a smile on my face thank you so much to the uhaul staff all of you there deserve a bonus! Keep up the amazing work you all are God sent!!!

Tona H | Experiencia generalCustomer service was great
joseph m | Experiencia generalYou staff were very professional, polite and caring for their customers. I was one of them and I saw how cautious they were to their customers and I was very impressed. Bravo and keep up with your customer service which is the fundamental aspect in business.
CATHERINE M | Experiencia generalThey did not honor the time they said via contract on when my items in my unit were going to be auctioned off. I could have paid before it way before a buyer closed on it. I had personal identity items in said storage I know for certain and I was not contacted by a u haul representative or management at all after they said the buyer would leave them. Multiple passports. Social security information, etc.
KAY P | Experiencia generalNo complaints. My whole experience from moving in to moving out was excellent.
Hylie R | Experiencia generalIt was the weekend and no one was available on a very cold day. I had trouble finding my storage unit. I got help from a client
