Had to travel a bit to get to the site. Rick, the manager of the site was not available due to a company meeting offsite. He made every effort to get us moved in that day. Great customer service. Thanks for going the extra mile Rick. Most wouldn’t do that in today’s world.

We are only in Florida 6 months a year and travel 6 months in our motorhome. When you raise the monthly fee , it is double for me because we travel 6 months a year and pay every month for 12 months.

Lee M | Overall ExperienceInteresting that the cost of the storage was not mentioned in the questions above. But the cost is too high for the outdoor storage. No resources are used, wood, gas, electricity, no upkeep is done, etc for outdoor units, so the cost of the rocks/grass that the space is made from, has not experienced relational inflation. I can understand the under-cover spaces increasing due to electricity costs increasing, but the outdoor units should probably not have increased to this extent. I also wish the longer security codes were still in effect, instead of what is being used today. The facility is great, and maybe its just caught up in the observation that all storage places are pushing to make as much money as people will pay. Functionally, its a great facility. I just wish the costs hadn't increased so many times, and maybe the outdoor spots had remained a little more static since there is no additional cost for those units in maintenance, electricity, building repair, etc.
