the customer service at this location was excellent!! the trailer equipment we reserved was available on time. the attendant called us as a reminder. he found a short in our turn-signal wiring and corrected it with a new fuse. the trailer safety equipment, braking harness, and road stability were much improved over previous years. we received timely updates and safety information by email. if you're a first-time user, UHaul makes DIY-moving a not-so-scary task and they have all the moving stuff you forgot. Price was affordable one-way. drop off was conveniently located to my destination.JAMES S.

I wasn't able to complete my reservation online so I had to go into the store. There wasn't a single employee to be found. As I was waiting another customer came in and also looked around for an employee and they were unsuccessful. I called the phone number twice with no answer. After approximately 20 minutes later someone showed up to complete my reservation. I was handed the keys and that was it. It was torrential downpour at the time and would have been nice to be told where the truck was at least. I found the truck and the window was left open so the cabin was nice and wet. Got under way and water was dripping from the headliner. When I went to unload the truck several of my boxes were also wet. The truck had over 158K miles on it, rough to start and one of the loudest trucks I've ever been in. I won't be returning to this location based on customer service and the old equipment.Jason G.

all good but your online app for the return of vehicles could be a little more flexible. i took picture of dashboard, dropped off key and went on to use the app. only a few minutes passed and when i tried uploading my picture it did not accept it because it waa too old and needed a new one. i had only taken the picture no more than 5 minutes before. anyway, a logiatical issue that you could make a little more uaer friendly. tyPEDRO R.
I arrived 15 minutes early to ensure that I would get out on time, and due to their terrible employees I wasn't able to leave until 45 minutes after my designated time (yes it took me an hour). The first truck was so over run by smoke smell I couldn't breath. When I asked for another truck I was informed that all trucks probably were dirty and smelled. Taking my chances on another truck, the employee not only was rude, but cursed, implied I was dumb, and then charged my card, which had already been charged by U-Haul, and he overcharged it. When I asked to have the correct amount charged you would have thought I asked him to walk on fire, and then wouldn't let me use the same card (some issue with their system ... not his fault but how he handled it def was). Norberto should be fired. U-Haul should do a major overhaul of how things are managed at this location. I will go out of my way to use any service but U-Haul ever again, and if I do use U-Haul it sure as heck won't be at this location.BRADLEY S.

You guys have the worst customer service ever. You always over charge me and are rude. To make matters worse, no one answers the phone when I try to get my money back from being over charged. This is the third time uhaul has screwed me over and I am done. I will never ever rent a uhaul. I'd rather throw my stuff away then rent from this POS company again.MELISSA O.
When people go and pick up the truck and have paid for the extra dolly's, they should tell you to pick up the dolly's. I wasn't informed and thought they would be in the truck. I had to go back and ask them for it. The attendant at the counter never told me.KARINAMORAYMA M.
Be more verbal on return time. As in past rentals were for 24hrs when I looked at contract thoroughly at end of day I realized I had to return truck at 9:00 AM when I rented truck at 1:45PM. All my fault for not fully reading contract before signing don't believe it would have changed the fact I needed the truck but had 9:00 appointment luckily they were open till 7:00 PM for return. The only problem I really had was that they told me it was a full tank of gas I loaded up all my stuff out of storage when end turned in the storage unit they made sure it was clean they inspected it, and I had no sooner pulled out of the parking lot and look down and I only had between an eighth and a quarter of a tank of gas, they told me it was full. I could not get anyone on the phone, and stopped and bought $80 worth of gas two and a half miles away. I got about 40 minutes down the road before I finally got a hold of a customer service representative. I was in thick traffic there was an accident and it was almost impossible for me to communicate. There is no way to pull over and stop. None the less the customer service representative told me it will be taken care of when I turn it in. It had three quarters of a tank of gas when I stopped I explained the situation to the manager when I turned it in and he said he would take care of it. Now I don't know what they're going to do to take care of it, but I do know that I spent $80 worth of gas to go 70 miles. I feel like I'm owed $60 on that. Someone has yet to still get ahold of me but I realized today is Saturday, the customer service representative said that they would reach out. I'm sure they will. If not resolved I will try to take care of it next week. It's just another problem when you're making these kinds of moves, and I realize that probably because they gave me the truck early they didn't have time to clean it or fill it, it was probably a computer glitch, and I have used U-Haul many many times over the years never had a problem.CLYDE A.
The line of customers was almost out the door and there was only one employee assisting customers and he was extremely slow and would periodically just leave the office without providing any explanation or apology. All of the customers were getting very frustrated and it took me about 45 minutes to an hour just to pick up my trailer. Have more staff assisting/processing customers inside and have some support outside getting equipment ready so the employees inside do not need to keep going in and out making everyone wait.MATHEW L.
