Teressa W. | First ImpressionsThe storage units didn't have any light and the light coming from outside was not enough to see most spots inside the unit. I arrived around 7:30 to pick my U-Haul truck up on the day of my move out. It was to be ready by 7am and was marked for online/self pick up at the Buckley site in Aurora. I called customer service to help direct me to pick it up and they stated the facility messed up and the vehicle was not ready and that I'd have to wait until 9am for the office to open. Once inside, admittedly a little frustrated but not being rude, assistant Manager Irving who was helping another customer told me to "stop with my attitude" because it wasn't the guys fault who was helping me. I informed Irving I had missed picking my help up from the airport due to this mess up and had not even received an apology or a way to fix the issue. Irving was extremely unprofessional and did not handle the matter properly.
