Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThank you. We were in and out. Took care of storing the 1/3 of the merchandise that was given back from these people that tried to keep it..Not all was recovered. But UHaul secured the rest. :) Couldn’t really sleep knowing the people whom took the rest knew where the merchandise was stored. So , it was removed within (2)days. Prompt and swift. But ,we Thank you for letting us store our items there. The move out was a success. Just the way we left it . Stored , locked , and secured at U-HAUL was the best move until we found a closer location to put the merchandise . Home where it belongs where I know I can sleep better at night. Thanks again U-HAUL ,you were tight on time…..
Tamra H | Experiencia generalEverything was great however the temperature in the old facility needs to be controlled. It was extremely hot! I think its ridiculous to be charged a cost to be in a controlled temperature facility. Both facilities should be maintained for the customers without a monetary cost.
Cheryl W | Experiencia generalAfter Hours Help: Abi Sandoval Text: [redacted] Yesterday when I arrived to unload my truck and put everything into the storage for some reason, the door was not working. I was able to check-in and swipe my card at the double doors but they were locked and I was not gaining access through the side door. I called the number on the keypad. after explaining to Abi my situation, she said that there was nothing she can do until tomorrow. I informed her that I will be leaving town tonight and would not be in the state. She said she would only be able to give me one day extra on my U-Haul truck, which is ridiculous because I told her I would be out of state. I asked her is there a code that I can enter to gain access because when you clicked the keypad it would illuminate so I asked the repeatedly is there a code I can use to gain access. She vehemently said no, and there was nothing she could do until tomorrow. Feeling frustrated at the situation I hung up on her and proceeded to call the U-Haul customer service, I explained everything to the rep on the phone on Krystal and she told me that if I login to my U-Haul app that the code to gain access is right there, so said so done she was able to give me the information I needed and I was able to gain access to the building. My point of contention being Abi said there was nothing I could do and that I would have to wait whereas Krystal listened to my complaints and was able to find a solution, the manner in which I was talked to and was told that I basically had to suck it for the most part until tomorrow was completely unacceptable. seeing as my issue was fixed so eloquently by Krystal. And the cherry on top is that is that the location U-Haul Moving & Storage of Iliff was giving me a cheaper price for unit and closer to my house, but I decided to go back because I had a storage unit before.
ZACHARY G | Primeras impresionesTodo su personal fueron muy profesionales of
MICHAEL Y | Experiencia generalThe office staff was always helpful and pleasant.
Michelle H | Experiencia generalThe cleaning staff was very nice, almost more helpful than the office. Each time (x4) i visited the office there was only 1 employee working. On my visit to rent a truck to empty my unit, the employee was no where to be found, I later discovered he was working on his car during business hours and had walked all around for 15 minutes trying to find someone to help. Overall storage was fine, I like having a code however people can just walk in with the sliding door if someone is exiting. The elevator was down on 2 occasions and the manager had no solution except the emergency stairs,(not helpful when moving out/in).
Dina J | Experiencia generalGM i Abby is very unprofessional and had a bad attitude and disrespectful to me and other customers for no reason.
MERCEDES S | Experiencia generalAbsolutely, I will recommend friends and family to this U-Haul facility. I had a wonderful experience for the couple of years I rented from them. The facility was always clean and well kept and the customer service was excellent
Emma W | Experiencia generalToo expensive
LISA A | Experiencia generalVery clean, and absolutely no sign of rodents or insects in the five years I used this facility!
MARK C | Experiencia generalYear is not needed but good to know about it. Saw on line
Roshelle C | Primeras impresionesFriendly helpful convenient! Definitely like 12 month lock. Thanks for all!
Ronald K | Primeras impresionesI have always used U-Haul for my self storage needs. The facilities are secure, well lit, and the staff very courteous and helpful.
BECKY M | Experiencia generalI was pleased with the whole facility. It was clean and very well lit. I felt what little I had in storage was safe. I used it as a holding area while I cleared out a room. I was very happy with my choice.
