I set up to have this truck picked up at midnight after my flight landed earlier Friday morning. I spent $25 on an Uber from the Denver airport only to find that the mobile pickup was not set up. I had called the location before their closing time and they confirmed to me on the phone that everything was good to go and I would be able to pick it up. Then I spent over an hour on the phone with UHaul support trying to fix the situation. I then was left with nothing and was told to wait until the location opened. My original plan was to pick up the truck near the airport and drive to my home 60 miles away. Since the location lied about the truck being ready, I was left stranded and I wasn't about to spend $150 on a hotel to sit for a few hours. I then had to spend another $25 to go back to the airport and sit around for 7 hours waiting for the location to open. The guy who gave me the truck didn't even give me so much as an "I'm sorry". He just tried to displace the blame onto something else. My time was wasted, my entire moving schedule and sleep schedule was ruined by this lack of professionalism. Also, when booking I asked the person on the phone what the total WITH INSURANCE AND TAXES would be and they told me $877. Upon pick up I was charged $932. I needed the truck so I accepted. I was lied to about the price, I was lied to about my truck being ready to pick up with mobile pickup. I will be contacting the general manager and anyone I can at UHaul about compensation for the misrepresented pricing, the cost of my wasted transportation to and from the location, and my wasted time sitting in the airport overnight for 7 hours.

The customer service at this location was amazing starting with Kassandra at the counter to Raul setting up my equipment. I was at the location on Airport Rd and Buckley and that lady was to busy to be bothered the worst service from that location will not recommend that location to any one.

I ordered an equipment dolly, which was not in the truck. Thank God I checked the truck in the back. I had to see a sales rep to get the dolly. Also the sales rep said to wait outside in the front, and someone would be there to inspect the truck. And make sure everything was ok. But no one would help me, then a mechanic said that the procedures changed, and that the truck checkout was now linked to my cell phone. NO ONE in the store front had told me about the change, not even the sales rep, or manager

He hung up the phone in the middle of my conversation because I needed to keep the equipment another day. I apologize that I was running late but got blamed for keeping the equipment for another day. NEVER AGAIN!

The trailer I was assigned was locked, and the UHaul didn't know the combo. They couldn't cut the lock off so we had to switch trailers. The Manager was a complete asshole and is not customer service focused. Will never use this location again on Havana.

Richards service was amazing had a line and helped everyone with great service. I am not happy with U-Haul for the fact that I reserved a truck at a location 6 miles from my house and the night before they call and tell me the only truck they have is 18 miles from my house so now I ended up paying $20+ more due to the miles. I think that if you tell someone that a truck is not available and make them drive all over town you should at least give a little discount but now I know and I will keep this in mind next time I rent a truck.

The General Manager at this location was very rude, lacked customer service skills, and empathy for any of the concerns I had. He did not provide any explanation when I asked questions, and simply pushed me out the door instead. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The check-in process on the app was complicated. The store attendant did not explain it well and failed to give me the blankets on the reservation. All the people at the location where very pleasant and when I told them they forgot the blankets, they were very apologetic!

The site was fine, the trailer was fine. I rented 2 trailers on different days recently. The first day was great plenty of helpful staff. When I went to pick up my motorcycle trailer on Friday at 5:30 pm you only had one staff member at the counter and a long line of customers and one staff member outside hooking up trailers and assisting customers. I realize people get sick , but you need more staff on a busy Friday afternooon!

I've gone to neighborhood uhauls and never a dedicated uhaul center which I won't again. The neighborhood ones are friendlier, more professional, and go the extra mile. 615 Havana, never willingly go there no matter what i need or how fast i need it.

This location when I pick up the truck , the employee who did my paper work and the attendant who gave me the truck were nice and with good customer skill, but when I returned the truck the employee whose name is Nathan or so need customer service training or he should not be there. He was laughing and looking me like I am stupid. I have rented from this location before and some other locations, and I know very well what employee should do at the time of delivery with customer respect. He never use please word, I was instructed like his employee and mocking on me. When I told him that I was gonna complain to his supervisor. Go ahead and complain and mocking and teasing. My impression was at this time, this guy doesn't have any respect even to his own manager or supervisor at UHaul. I don't write this comments for no reason, I was disappointed. This time, I was able to move my stuff and finished, but I don't go to rent the moving truck to this location anymore.

I had no trouble with the location or the episode that work there or the location. I have a problem with your reservation system. We reserved a 26 foot truck well over a week before needing it for pick up at 7 am. The day before our scheduled move we received a text telling us that the only way we could have a 26’ truck was to drive 40 minutes from our home and it wouldn’t be ready until 10 am. We were offered no other solutions and as a result had to rent a 20’ truck and a trailer and extending our storage unit by another month. Costing us a significant amount more. I’m very disappointed with UHaul and I will be writing a letter.
