Richard Asser’s harassing and condescending service is reprehensible. On both occasions using this location (based on geographical convenience only) he not only cancels reservations but is negatively biased and bigoted towards African-Americans. If he is this absurd with clients I can only imagine how the staff is treated. I was appalled to know this individual is the GM in that his level on service is beyond deplorable. I will say Gilbert T. was efficient in receiving the the return of the truck.

It would be easier and more fair if the gas tank was filled completely upon pickup and then required to be completely filled upon return. Having to estimate how much gas to put in for the return is suboptimal and doesn’t make sense to me.

Staff are wonderful- very customer service oriented, Communications with UHaul were ridiculously complex- too many numbers to call to get information - all I wanted was an estimate of pods delivery so I could coordinate with movingHelp folks, I finally went to the local store but the manager was at lunch and he never called me back even though I left two messages. Needs improvement - but pods were safe and goods in perfect shape.

There is no review of charges and equipment until AFTER payment is made. There is no explanation as to why your photo need be taken in addition to scanning your drivers license. The young lady at the desk is very rude and appears inconvenienced when you ask her a question. No option to waive insurance. There were a few associates who were polite and helpful, but over all, it was a bad experience and I have no intention to recommend or use the services at this location again anytime soon.

I used the mobile activation process and it was very user friendly and straight forward. Some of the employees were not familiar with the process quite yet, but the manager clarified things right away. The truck had over 150,000 miles so I was concerned that it might have some issues, but it did great!

Staff were great to work with. Trailer was dirty but only on outside, so that's only reason I answered no above on that question; didn't bother me at all nor did it affect what I needed it for. Process was very efficient. I like the express check-in, saved me some time.

Truck had evidence tape still stuck to it, you couldn't latch the back door because frame was crooked. Also the person who checked me out said tank was half full. It was 1/8 short of full but I still had to fill to half. Never had a problem like this before.

When I picked up my truck, it had less than a 1/4 tank of fuel in it. When I am traveling cross country, I didn't like having to fuel up right after I picked up the vehicle. I had also ordered 36 furniture pads, and when I opened the back there was only one pack of 6. Other than that, the women who helped me was very pleasant.

This location IS NOT set up for rapid check in with your phone. There isn’t a location code to scan anywhere on the premises and when you ask them they are not aware of any such thing. Ridiculous.

At check-in, Isaac M. was efficient, professional, and courteous. However, the amount of gas in the tank indicated on the paperwork was appreciably more than what was actually in the tank. The man that brought my truck to the front simply walked by me without a word and in order to ask a couple questions about the truck, I had to stop him and ask him to come back and explain. The windows and mirrors were filthy and hard to see out of. The windshield had only been cleaned by spraying wiper fluid and turning on the wipers. A partially emptied Gatorade bottle was also on the floor of the truck and the enclosed bed of the truck was dirty.

Young lady was very helpful with hooking up trailer. I did notice at first stop she had forgotten to hook up 3rd chain for trailer brake. Easy enough, I hooked it up. Suggest some more training for new employees as today’s marketplace has high turnover throughout our state.

I have rented from the Havana location about 9 times over the past three years with the same car. Not once has my information been saved. I have reserved online and put in all my information but when I get there they don't have what I put in so they have to reenter it. It's a complete waste of everyone's time. U-Haul you guys need to get your ..... together and fix your reservation system.

When i got there i had to wait 20min for them to get the truck unstuck off some ice... they give me the paper showing truck was at a Full tank of gas. But it was not full. And they asked why i didnt check? ...
