The trailer I was assigned was locked, and the UHaul didn't know the combo. They couldn't cut the lock off so we had to switch trailers. The Manager was a complete asshole and is not customer service focused. Will never use this location again on Havana.

Richards service was amazing had a line and helped everyone with great service. I am not happy with U-Haul for the fact that I reserved a truck at a location 6 miles from my house and the night before they call and tell me the only truck they have is 18 miles from my house so now I ended up paying $20+ more due to the miles. I think that if you tell someone that a truck is not available and make them drive all over town you should at least give a little discount but now I know and I will keep this in mind next time I rent a truck.

The General Manager at this location was very rude, lacked customer service skills, and empathy for any of the concerns I had. He did not provide any explanation when I asked questions, and simply pushed me out the door instead. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I tried to rent a Ubox and publicly on all of Uhaul's websites it says the Uboxes (not the T&U units) are 95" deep. They are not. The staff could not find one with the published dimensions. You are deceiving your customers and a lawsuit should be filed against you for this. As a very long time Uhaul customer I am very, very dissappointed.

I was quite surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff was. I have recently had back surgery and brought my own folding chair to sit on while the hitch was installed (which only took about 35 minutes). When the installer was done he even loaded my chair back into my SUV. Very good experience.

The site was fine, the trailer was fine. I rented 2 trailers on different days recently. The first day was great plenty of helpful staff. When I went to pick up my motorcycle trailer on Friday at 5:30 pm you only had one staff member at the counter and a long line of customers and one staff member outside hooking up trailers and assisting customers. I realize people get sick , but you need more staff on a busy Friday afternooon!

This location when I pick up the truck , the employee who did my paper work and the attendant who gave me the truck were nice and with good customer skill, but when I returned the truck the employee whose name is Nathan or so need customer service training or he should not be there. He was laughing and looking me like I am stupid. I have rented from this location before and some other locations, and I know very well what employee should do at the time of delivery with customer respect. He never use please word, I was instructed like his employee and mocking on me. When I told him that I was gonna complain to his supervisor. Go ahead and complain and mocking and teasing. My impression was at this time, this guy doesn't have any respect even to his own manager or supervisor at UHaul. I don't write this comments for no reason, I was disappointed. This time, I was able to move my stuff and finished, but I don't go to rent the moving truck to this location anymore.

I had no trouble with the location or the episode that work there or the location. I have a problem with your reservation system. We reserved a 26 foot truck well over a week before needing it for pick up at 7 am. The day before our scheduled move we received a text telling us that the only way we could have a 26’ truck was to drive 40 minutes from our home and it wouldn’t be ready until 10 am. We were offered no other solutions and as a result had to rent a 20’ truck and a trailer and extending our storage unit by another month. Costing us a significant amount more. I’m very disappointed with UHaul and I will be writing a letter.

Train the staff. Not only did I have to call 24 HRS after dropping off truck one of the staff members placed me on hold...walked away from the call literally out of the store...someone else took the call, my truck wasnt properly logged as returned, another staff told me the guys outside who handle trucks when they come in weren't knowledgeable pertaining to checking in. The WORST PART of this is...I left the store, and got a call from them........ASKING WHEN I WAS PICKING UP MY TRUCK THAT I BOOKED YESTERDAY??

I used the "Express" feature in my reservation, so when I got there, my Credit Card, Driver's License, etc. was all in there. Upon return, the attendant used his phone to check-out and I didn't even have to go into the building check out counter. It was all awesome and very efficient.

I ended up at this location because the location I booked was oversold. Although it took a good amount of time to sort it out, the employee at the east colfax location got me a rental at Havana. He was a very helpful gentleman and although a mistake was made in overbooking, he did his best to satisfy the customer. The truck key was wonky and was difficult to start the truck, it would have been helpful if the workers advised me of this prior to taking it off the lot, overall good experience though.

The chat online person wasn't that helpful and seemed annoyed. When I called that person was kind and helpful, but accidentally booked me for a different location. We showed up at the location I thought I was suppose to be at to find out it was actually 12 minutes away. Then when we showed up, even though it had been reserved, the type of van I reserved wasn't available, so I didn't understand the point of reserving it ahead of time...

I reserved a truck online. It was easy and very convenient. I had to call in to change my pick-up time. I waited on hold for approximately 10 minutes. Not fun. But the representative was very helpful and friendly. Pick up was easy. The truck was awesome and well maintained. Other than the trunk itself, I was most impressed with the return process. It was too easy. I just drove up, answered s few quick questions, and was told the total and I'd get an email receipt. I didn't even have to go inside! It was by far the easiest part of our move. Excellent service overall! Thank you!

This is a great location... Staff friendly and go out of their way to help customers... The guys who give the rentals and take them back are really great! I would of rated it excellent if only the front desk was a little more expedited to no fault of the staff.. The process to get my rental truck was very slow I had to wait in line a bery long time. I have used this uhaul location many times, the people who check you in are very slow for a person like me who cannot stand very long it was very irritating.

This was not our selected drop off. Our selected drop off refused the truck return because we paid cash and were owed a deposit refund. He was friendly about of the situation and directed us to this location. This location was very annoyed to have to take the truck return and get our deposit back. He still helped us out but seemed that Uhaul needs to get some consistency with procedures at all locations.

My over all experience with UHaul was a bit unnerving. I was sent to 8 different locations, 6 of these on the day I was to pick up my truck. Reason being is that they couldn't locate a 20' truck that I reserved weeks before. Donna from a UHaul office in Denver was my Knightess in Shining Armour. She took care of me on the morning of and kept following up with me until I was at location at 4:00pm. THANK YOU DONNA!!!!!

Waiting to make a reservation and waiting to pick up my vehicle were far to long....one person trying to help several people suggests to me you might want to hire more associates. When I made my reservation for a pick up I mentioned I would need a two inch hitch. When I picked up my truck I was told I had to purchase a hitch for twenty five dollars. very poor service.

Two women at this location assisted us. They were both excellent representatives for U-Haul. The ball needed to be on the opposite side of the hitch. One of the women got it on correctlyplaced, hitched the trailer properly to our vehicle, and checked all the lights. Great store with whom to do business!

They did NOT have the 10x20 space we had reserved and when I became upset (and cussed - sorry - very tired at this point) manager refused service of any kind when we had movers waiting. Then he left and after 30 min worked it out with staff. He could have diffused rather than elevated the tension, but didn't. Not good.

We rented a trailer to take our daughter to Amarillo from Denver. It is a 6 and 1/2 hour trip. We started out and even under 55MPH we were swayed back and forth on the highway. We slowed down and still had a hard time getting it to pull right. We exited the highway and drove alternate route . Half way to amarillo we had a tire blow out. The road side tech was fast and very nice. Got the tire switched out and saw that the brake on the trailer was locked in the ON position. When we left from the tech, the trailer pulled smooth and we had no problems with it. It took us 15 hours to get to amarillo, should have been 7 or 8 at most. Because the trailer was fighting us with the brake on. After we got going from the tech we heard a hard knocking from out truck engine that was not there ever before. I would recommend that if you rent from uhaul...be very careful to be sure the trailer is in the right settings and not on lock brake before you damage your truck too. I am not pleased with what happened to my truck. I am not pleased that the guy who hooked it to my truck did not double check it. I am not pleased with the way the returning location shot attitude at us because "it's not their problem: call customer service. And mostly I am not please that my truck was damaged in the engine from the trailer.

Uhaul has gotten a bit invasive. Needing to verify my phone number AND a family member's phone number all there in the store by calling them. I have used uhaul over the years and never had this happen. I like this store and I don't know if this is corporate policy or store policy.

I will never do business with your company again. This experience has been extremely frustrating. There is very little to no communication. The whole process maybe improved if you took care of everything however you subcontract and then subcontract again and nobody knows what the other person is doing. Your managers do not even know what is going on with their own marketing campaign, for example when I, as a customer call in to your number, I hear a brief message that my conversation will be recorded and if I would like a copy of that conversation to please tell my agent. I did want a copy of my conversation and my agent said she knew nothing about that, she never heard that message when she called in. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager! She also said she would email her supervisor and copy me on the email, which I never received. She also said she would notify Anna, the person who schedules the deliveries, which she never did. And this is your management staff! Very unprofessional. Bye UHaul!

The location is fine. The major problem is the system. I talked on the phone for almost an hour trying to get the information I needed. Employees can’t answer basic questions because the system won’t allow them to find pricing or products available until you give them your life’s information. It needs to be easier. After giving all the info over the phone my husband had to give all of the info again at the store. Most questions are not applicable. Store locations should answer their own phones. I needed to find out if the stores were closing early due to a bad storm and no one ever answered except the call center. They knew nothing about local weather concerns. It was frustrating and because of the added stress we don’t want to use U-Haul again. The actual trailer was great! Make your system for renting easier and more personable.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I had a very bad experience with this Store. This employee named Daniel. I run a moving truck Yesterday, and a lady who helped me told me I have to bring the moving truck back today at 6:30. She didn’t told me that I just need to Drop the Key in the drop box. I went there at 6:30. And I saw the sigh says there are open at 7:00am, I waited in the car for 23 minutes . Then I saw a employee ( Daniel ) walked in the store. I went inside with him. Then he was crazy screaming at me. He said the store is not going to open in another 10 minutes, and get the F out of my store. I didn’t know anything. The lady told me to come at 6:30. Then I try to explain to him the lady told me I need to bring the turck on 6:30. He didnt listen at all. And he was coming to me and screaming at me told me to get out the store. And feels like he was coming to Hurt me . I was so scared. I went out the store. And I wait until 7:00am. Went inside the Store . I saw the lady who told me to take the turck back at 6:30. I told her what was happened, and she told me I could just Drop the key in the dropbox . I told her she didn’t tell me anything about that, and what Daniel done to me. And she give me her Managers phone number told me to give him a call he will take care of me. I called the store manager. And when I talked to him on the phone I was crying very bad. I told him what happened. He was just saying he will talk to him. That’s all he said to me. And later Daniel got in the store screaming at me one again and the manager was on the phone talking to me and the Manager told me just leave the store. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Everyone works there is rude .

My personal truck needed to go into the dealership for warranty repairs. I work construction, and prefer to drive a truck. The U-Haul pickup was a great alternative to renting a regular car, and the common car rental agencies do not usually have trucks for rent. The daily rate for the U-haul GMC pickup is better than most regular rental rates as well, so it worked out great! This particular location has great people, and the process of renting and turning in the truck was very smooth. I will use them again if the need should arise.
