I was hit with a bunch of bogus charges & fees that ended up almost tripling my est. price. Total rip off, was charged for gas when I brought it back EXACTLY where the gauge was when I left

On check out, I accepted the offer that the box recycling sign in the truck said “leave your boxes in the back for recycling”. I know I’m simplifying the statement. But after telling the gents who checked me in. I went to leave to which they hollared at me to get back and empty the boxes. I again told them what the sign said. They said “well yeah it says leave them but doesn’t say we will take care of them.” They made me empty the boxes and bring them into the store. That is not the spirit of the box recycling placard in the cab. I am so furious with this that I will be filing a formal grievance with U-Haul corporate and no longer using any U-Haul services in the future. Further. Offering a gas hog vehicle at 1/4 tank is poor business. There is no reason those can’t be filled all the time.

It would be helpful if the corporate office could help with more things and not have to go to the uhaul location. I'd wanted to extend my hours to 24 coverage when we had rented a truck 2 days before this rental and forgot and corporate office could do nothing so I had to rent another truck because I couldn't get in after 7pmj.Lyvonne and Edward at the Buckley location were extremely helpful.

Owner and Jared on the lot were not real helpful. I had to insist Jared to adjust my hitch to make it tow correctly. He would have let me head off on my 1000+ mile journey with my hitch wrong. Also, I had to insist he check the tire pressure on the trailer. They both needed air...

I needed a 5x9 trailer, was told not available, would have to pay a lot more money for a 6x12. It did the job, but way more money than I should have spent for this job. No offer to make things right with other locals

make sure you vehicles are safe I was in a truck and the transmission was going out and was quit scary to drive I feel it made my gas expense go up as well due to the rpm having to rev so high just to get to a 35 speed very poor quality truck very disappointed

u-haul rental overall was very expensive. compared prices Penskie truck rental cheaper , although forced to rent from Uhaul for towing issues with vehicle. Uhaul needs to lower prices needed a 17 ft truck was not allowed to rent for a on way out of state renntal causing me to good will some of my furniture , 20 ft truck was out of the question because of price.

More employees available to assist with incoming customers. The wait time for me was roughly 5-7 minutes before speaking with anyone in store. Or, perhaps implementing a self-service kiosk for customers to be able to rent U-Hauls without having to wait on personnel.

The parking should be marked much better than it is, specially the return section of it. The check out and check in of equipment should be 10 times faster. IT TAKES FOR EVER to do either task. I enter my reservation online and I still have to stand online to get my track for 30 minutes. Also, ALL THE INFORMATION I ENTERED ONLINE WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM!!! The locations should have an station to check everything in or out like we do at the airports.
