Called in am to confirm return and total charges. Store manager was supposed to call back with regards to fuel dispute, today. Never received a call back. Felt overcharged for fuel, even though I did try to fill the fuel back to the level that was provided. Additionally, vehicle was provided with fuel reading that was just under and not at the exact level they listed. In retrospect, I guess I should have been more vocal about exactness of the fuel reading. Regardless, informed the representative that I even have evidence that, in good faith, I tried to refill the tank back to the level that was provided. Not a horrendous experience, but most likely not going to go back, due to lack of follow-up and nit pickiness over fuel.

During pickup, I felt rushed. I was the only customer inside at the time, and did not see anyone outside. The person who rented the truck did not seem very friendly, however could have been having a bad day. This was the first time I have been there where I did not feel like a valued customer.

Great location. Used it two days in a row when i moved. The first day I was right on time yet waited almost 45 mins in line even though I had a reservation but it wasn't the staff's fault at all. The guy in front of me just had a million questions and wasn't prepared at all for his move. Staff handled it really well even though the guy was just "special." Second day no wait at all and got my truck right on time. Would definitely recommend.

I am not sure if it was this locations fault or the dispatchers, but I have never bee treated so poorly by a company in my entire life. I reserved a 26 foot truck at 8 AM, but when I arrived at 8:30 AM the employee immediately jumped on the phone and I overheard that the truck had been triple booked. When he finally got off the phone he told me that they had another truck at a different location at 9:30 AM but that they would give me a $50 reservation credit. "Do you know what a reservation is?" They seemed like they were just waiting for me to show up before they took any action and the new location was where I had just driven by, so they could have called me and told me to go somewhere else a bit later and I would have been able to make adjustments, but I guess this was too much to ask. I asked about a 20 ft truck and they said they didn't have any so I went to the other location. This was just a pickup and drop off point, not a UHaul store, and I waited for a half hour before someone told me that my truck was not there and they could not reach the customer that was supposed to return it. They could not find anymore 26 ft trucks in the area, so I asked about a 20 ft one that was in the lot. The employee said she needed to process it and came back out 20 minutes later to tell me that I couldn't have it because someone else had already booked it. She then told me that they found a 20 ft truck at my original location. I then went back to this location to pursue this imaginary truck. They actually had the 20 ft truck there and so after wasting 2 hours where my movers were waiting for me at the house, I finally had a truck. Because the truck was smaller than requested, I had to make two trips, costing more miles that they tried to charge me for. In the end the employee I spoke with at the end of the ordeal tried to do what she could to make amends, but I will be very wary of using UHaul every again. This is pretty much the worst customer experience I have ever had.



the MANAGER was RUDE and inconsiderate. She was hateful to the employees. She was more concerned about getting her coffee and "muffin" in order rather than waiting on CUSTOMERS .. HOW DOES SHE KEEP HER JOB ????

I REALLY hate the way you handle fuel for your trucks. My truck was supposedly 7/16 full. But your gauge only shows to the nearest quarter. So very subjective and hard to figure out how much fuel to put in truck. Why can't you just fill the trucks and ask for them to come back that way?

I reserved 2 trailers online and because I thought that there may be some confusion due to the fact that I had reserved 2, I called the pickup location to make sure that they would have 2 and that it wasn't a mistake. I was assured that there would be 2 for pick up. This ended up not being the case and I had to drive 20+ minutes out of my way TWICE for pickup. Had I not tried to clarify this unique situation, I would not have been irritated, but they fact that I tried to avoid any confusion by calling ahead makes me not a happy customer. I was on a very tight schedule, so the extra hour I lost was a big deal.

The drop off was so smooth and professional, that when we left, my husband and I looked at each other and say, "Wow, that was awesome!" After driving for 2 days and unloading the trailer, we were both exhausted and the drop off went so unexpectedly smooth and everyone was so helpful and professional, we left feeling very satisfied and felt it was a great way to end our "adventure in moving". Glad we chose this location.

The manager was extremely rude. She had her kids at the location running around and playing and jumping on the equipment. She was so busy with her children she could not focus on the customer, but when she did she was rude and unprofessional. I have always chose this location for the last 30 years. I will not return to this one if she still is there. I witnessed her even threaten her employees, she comes off very intimidating and violent. I have a big move coming up and sadly to say I will be going with Budget. Thanks for your past services U-Haul, but I am disappointed in your decision to employ this individual as a manager.

Clean the truck & don't offer the online option that says "skip the line" if it doesn't actually mean you can skip the line!



Everything was good until I returned the truck and the person tried to charge me $20.75 for gas when the mileage was only 17 miles. I went to the gas station and got 2 gallons... $4.30... I think they have some sort of racket going on. Disgusting....

The Uhaul computer system was extremely slow, there were not enough employees to handle the customers resulting in a 35 minute wait for an 11am appointment (useless to even make an appointments), and there was no A/C in the building on a 95 degree day. I will be looking elsewhere to rent my next trailer. Fix all these issues and the next customer will be happier...guaranteed.

I reported that truck stolen the day after I rented it and here it is seven seven 2017 and I haven't heard nothing about the U-Haul that apparently was picked up in Ohio by the people that stole it so I'm very unsatisfied with your service and not only that but I can't believe the problem is far as trying to report a truck stolen by the police came because of the U-Haul but anyway it would be nice to hear something in regards to this truck they will stolen from me thank you RVenzor 7204515874



When I got 10 ft away from U-Haul died. They seem to have fixed it.It was a very bumpy ride & the U-Haul jerked back and forth. It was clean but not very well maintained. The customer service was above average considering they were very busy.
