Very bad experience. Your movers recommended on your site did not show up but is still trying to charge me. You are trying to charge me for an additional 143 miles on a 116 mile trip. The self check in sucks. I hate to pay a company and then have to do the work for them. You need to check your own equipment in. Very frustrated with uhaul right now.

Be careful, A "day" does not mean 24 hrs. for the rental period. Tricksters. The "house always wins" Was charged 2 days for truck rental having returned it prior to 24hours.

I completed the information to pick the truck with my phone; however, they kept me in the store for at least half an hour. They refused to accept the phone check out option. I drive the pick up truck for only 20 miles and spent $11 in gas. This makes no sense. Poor customer service. Lady was not friendly.
