The photos of the vehicle were not taken at the location, but presumably at some other location. Not sure why that was the case. The vehicle was a ‘one-way’ rental, so perhaps that matters. The service representative was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Was charged incorrectly for a third day of usage when the truck was in the dealer’s possession at the contracted time.

I had a reservation at close to my house within 2miles but right before they call me and tell me i need to pick up truck at different place witch over 35miles from my moving house i feel like you guys trying to charge more mileage so i paid extra 35 miles fee. This is very unfair to me. I will never recommend or using your services any more

Scheduled the truck to be able to do self check-in. Got there, keys weren't available so I had to go inside, had to give card details despite having already entered that information online. Overall took 45 minutes to get the truck in my possession. Improve the check in process to make it easier for people to check in the way they requested.

Site was closed upon returning the vehicle. Lots of displays and notes on the door that the U Haul instructions was posted on. Wasted time trying to do the right thing to learn the drop box was around back of the store front.

The mobile app is not very user friendly. Also I changed my pick up time over the phone but it was not changed on my reservation. The associate that ended helping me was very responsive and helpful.

The app doesn’t work. Takes longer to process then it does to just call corporate and have them help. This cuts into time tremendously, leaving you with less time than you paid for.

Clean your vehicles. Proper maintenance to the vehicle. Be more accurate with the mileage and timing check-in and out. Welcome people when they come in. Smile at least. DO NIT ASK THE CUSTOMERS TO PARK YOUR VEHICLES AS YOU WISH!!

Hands off the key and here you go. The associate did not even take two minute to go over the fuel level, how to use the Truck AT all. I hate going to this type of places where you can tell that people don't like to be there. It is just frustrating to see people don't value working in a place anymore.I am sure someone out there would want to value working at U Haul.

Was a little nervous about mobile pickup since it was scheduled before hours, but I was able to check in and get the key easily!

Website allowed me to set my pickup for 9am. Store does not open til 10am. Employee was 40 minutes late to open the store, so I did not get my key until almost 11am. I arrived at 930am, so I was waiting well over an hour. Several other customers arrived around 10am and were waiting as well. I was told I would get a discount for my wait, but none was provided. Inside of truck was dirty - some kind of leaves scattered on the floor.

Brian provided very prompt and efficient service. I had let him know I was in a hurry when I called and My truck was ready when I got there, took 5 minutes and I was on my way! I would definitely rent from this location again.

I made a reservation for Friday 11/22. I went to pick up and my equipment was not ready. I was rescheduled to the following Sunday which was very inconvenient and NO attempt was made to compensate for my loosing 2 days because the equipment was not available. PLease note, Brian was execellent in trying to help. Unfortunately his hand were tied and he can only do so much.
