Las recomendaciones que me hicieron no fueron las mejores. Rente un vehiculo, minutos despues volví para saber si podia cambiar mi aplicacion en vista que el apartanto donde me mudaba no me lo entregarian a la hora deseada, el vehiculo nisiquiera lo habia movido o tocado. Pero bueno me toco pagar aun mas por solo usarlo mas tiempo.

Multiple customers, only 1 guy able to check folks out, but two other gals standing around. Nice people, but when you just want to buy a roll of tape, and are in line behind truck rentals, it is frustrating.

After a nightmare with the reservation (no truck available with a "confirmed" reservation - switched pick-up location to miles away in late day Atlanta traffic), Travis at Pakmail waited for two hours + to speak to agents from your firm. He was disconnected and passed to another agent on a lengthy hold line multiple times.I could not believe how badly your company treated him and me. I was on hold the whole time as well.To save the rental, Travis graciously offered to rent me another truck of a different size. If he had not done that, I would not have been able to return home to Florida on time. He deserves to be employee of year for his patience, positive attitude and consideration for an exhausted grandmother trapped in your broken reservation system. Thank you, Travis! PS He also scheduled the return to a new location very near my Florida home. I was so appreciative of that, too.

I am very upset, I took the U-Haul from location in Snellville at 54964.30 miles and per my picture that I took at time of drop off, I returned at 55033.40 but for some reason the email I received of the receipt it shows I returned at 55083.40. 50 miles more than what I’ve used. I’ve been waiting on hold for 20 mins and no one has joined the line to assist me.

This is in no way the store's fault - When the day of the move came around, I was sent to a different store to pick up the truck. Then, after explaining that I needed a one way trip (as my contract reflected) I was told the only truck available was one with a broken ramp. Being left with no option I had to take it. This obviously made the move extremely challenging.

The pick up location was changed 3 times. I showed up at Drummond U-Haul and he told me I was suppose to pick up the truck somewhere else. Very frustrating.

I rented a truck their the day before and had slight issues but not like this. This rental was horrible, first off the mileage on the system and the level of gas were both wrong. I alerted both representatives before I left and they assured me they would correct the system, well they did not because I was charged for fuel and for miles I didn’t put on the truck. Next the dolly that I reserved was not in the truck, I had to double back which put extra miles on the truck. A gentleman thought he was doing me a favor by putting 2 Dolly’s in their but no, a good customer service gesture would have been to not charge me for either since you charged me for the miles that I had to drive back to get it. Next the passenger mirror was cracked with pieces missing, when I questioned it the worker said,”Oh this truck isn’t supposed to be rented, I forgot”. He then went inside and never came back. I was going to give them a pass until I saw I had been charged for fuel I had not used. If the dolly would have been in my vehicle, like it was the day before I would’ve had the same miles because it was the same exact route. I told the guy the gas was on half when I picked it up and thank God I took a picture. I will be disputing the gas charges and I won’t be using this location again.

Uhaul (not the location) erroneously charged me 40+ bucks for gas refill when I did in fact refill the gas to the level the truck initially was provided with.

Terrible customer service. I was given a 17’ truck with only a 1/4 tank of gas. The truck was filthy. I barely used 1/8th of a tank, full round trip. On the way back to “Pak Mail” I had a family emergency pop up and didn’t have time to stop for gas. I informed the representative when I dropped off the keys and they said it was no problem and that they would charge me for however much fuel it was. 20 minutes later I get a bill for an additional $52.50. $30 fee to take the truck and fill it up and $22.50 for gas. When I called back to speak to the “manager” of Pak Mail, I got an inept, unsophisticated, unprofessional individual who said all she knew had to do was enter it into the system and then I would have to call U-Haul. She acted as though I was an inconvenience to her day. I would cancel this franchise. Pathetic.

Very easy to reserve and pick up in their Pak Mail store in the Publix Shoping Center. The guy was really nice and the return was very easy! Highly recommend!

Offer discount for AAA or AARP like your competitors do, ie Penske truck. Atlanta would not give a discount, but Florida location said they would.

I would like to make you aware of something. I used my credit card for the rental. This was the only time I used my card on this trip. The chip reader would not register for the sale, so the number had to be entered manually. Checking my email later on Saturday my credit card company said the number was used at two restaurants in the Sandy Springs, Georgia area, not by me. So my credit card was shut down. The truck was not as clean as usual in the cab or in the bed of the u-haul. Disappointed all around. Expect more from your company.

The personnel was very helpful but I felt like the parking situation was unsafe and not inline with Uhaul customer’s expectations. The parking is behind a shopping center and at night, it was scary.

I rented a van for little over a month and every week I renewed it I paid cash for about little over a month. The last week I rented it. It was for 9 days at the time I returned it extra clean no damage and with a full tank of fuel. I was charged $990 for 9 days??? Will someone please look into this matter and findout if everything checks out I would like a break down of cost please sent to my email just for a peace of mind then I can make a decision if I can change my experience and refer friends or family to this location. Staff is generally nice but not well organized as vehicle was not ready and I was not alerted in advance, but staff worked through it and was helpful. Owner of the location is extremely disrespectful and rude. He is not a good ambassador for uhaul, which is an excellent company in my opinion. I would suggest uhaul disassociate itself with this location and owner. I will not rent from him again but will continue to use uhaul.

I started my day at Midgard Self Storage (1240 Alpharetta St, Roswell, GA 30075) because that's where I had reserved a 15' truck. I arrived at 8:55. They opened at 9AM. The first thing they told me is that they did not have my truck available because someone else had rented it, even though I had made my reservation the previous day. They were helpful in that they found me a more expensive 20' truck 20 minutes away, but other than that, they really didn't give a crap that I had reserved a truck, shown up early, and actually needed that truck and the time it took to drive to another uhaul location. It was just like, "yeah, we ain't got your truck. sorry." And on with their day. NOT a good experience at all.

The worst truck that I have ever rented from Uhaul ever. The axle is screeching when you drive . Its going to breakdown very soon.!! I called Pak Mail today and left Angela a message. The $25.00 per gallon replacement fee is ridiculous as well. Or the $1.00 charge to email you a receipt But the Truck is going to break down and its a 20 ft Truck

Expensive Hidden charges I wasn't aware of beforehand. I wish I was told so I wouldnt have been caught of guard. That was the only biggest problem. I even reached out to the location. I will not be recommending them to anyone. I will continue to share my personal experience as well.

I rented the truck From the U-Haul on Ellis Rd which is closer to home but I had to pick it up on Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs.I reserved it at the beginning of the week for Sat pick-up and a day before pick-up I was directed to Sandy Springs. Not only was it time consuming but more money because you have to pay for mileage
