Please improve the next customer, please ask the customer if they are tech savvy for the checkout process not assume someone knows it. The check out policy is terrible after hours. The customer can return the U-Haul back early and put the key in the dropbox. Still be charged due to the lack of knowledge with check out policy. I didn't use mobile check in so why am I forced to use mobile check out? When an employee is going to come gather the keys from the dropbox& inspect the uhaul anyways.Pernell W.

when calling to make reservation for 9' cargo van, she said 8 am reservation. Nobody was there at the pak mail until 9 am to give me the keys. It wasn't clear if I was supposed to do self check out of the vehicle. The calls are recorded if you care you can go back and listen. The van itself smelled like barf and I spent an hour with heavy duty cleaner scrubbing the bacfk and wiping down the front with windex. Check tire pressure sensor light wouldn't go off, I checked tires they were ok but still. I know people barf and vehicles need fixing, but maybe a few dollars off the reservation? Letting me know condition of the vehicle?Maia D.

The 20' truck had no air conditioner and the manager knew about it because when I called to report it, she tried to tell me how to fix itâ€¦which didn't work and she was extremely rude, as if I'm the reason her A/C didn't work. In addition to that, it rained while I was on my way back to return the truck and the driver side windshield wiper was broken. This was the worst experience I've had. I WILL NEVER rent from UHAUL ever again. By the way, customer service gave me a credit towards a future rental which is useless because that was my last time.SHEENA S.

I was charged $107 for "not returning" 6 moving blankets that were, in fact, returned in the truck. They were even folded. The only thing I didn't return was the plastic bag thry they came in. But even on that bag it says that a lost moving blanket is only a $6 charge. So even if I had lost all 6 it would only have been a $36 charge. But, to reiterate, I did return all 6.William M.

I called this location on 6/29 shortly after 10 AM and spoke to a lady. Informed her that I was charged for additional equipment. She mentioned insurance. I informed her that I did not request insurance. She implied that I was lying because she knows how to do her job and always makes sure to let the customer know that if they do not provide proof of private insurance then they will add a charge to use their insurance. On the day of the rental I did not see that lady nor did she take care of me. There were two men, the one who processed my request appeared to be new and was learning from the other man. After revealing this to her, she then said well the owner would have explained to me the same things as well. I informed her I did not appreciate how I was being treated as a liar and did not appreciate her attitude she in turn said she did not appreciate my attitude and decided to hang up on my. She was very unprofessional. That is not a way to treat customers. Very dissapointed with the service that I received. I would have never went inside the store had the online reservation provided specific details on where the truck was located. It turns out they have a back section where the truck was parked. I looked everywhere but there since there were no specific instructions or pictures.Mulumba M.

my whole uhaul experience was horrible the weekend prior i went to pick up the truck and it was not there i waited and then they called to say they were not bringing it back, prior to that the movers cancelled and i had to wait to get my money back then with this truck there was no dolly i have scheduled and i said i needed it to 3 and they said it had to be back by noon, NO ONE cared.Lesa Y.

The only store person was away from the desk long periods of time. They gave me a truck almost fully empty, inconveniencing my schedule time to meet the movers. My only complaint is that I set my reservation from 3 to 7, a window longer than I needed just to make sure I wouldn't be bringing it back late, and it was never mentioned to me that there is an â€œafter hours feeâ€. This location closes at 6 PM. If you set your reservation to bring your equipment back after 6, they charge you an additional $20. Would've been nice to know upfront. I could've easily brought it back at 6. And the woman I spoke to over the phone was very rude and dismissive about the matter.Emily F.

Wrong size truck. Overcharged compared to original quote. Did not print contract to be reviewed and I got the email after I left when I was already on route. Please don't rent anyone else a Uhaul truck with a hole in the top of the vehicle which allows water inside where belongings will get wet. Also, the indicator light for low tire pressure was on indicating one or more tires were low in air pressure.lenny T.

Little tricky to find in shopping center. Appreciate the discount to take to this location vs. original one. Few miles further but that was okay. Didn't go inside so no idea on the place. Vehicle still had moving blankets and two dollys in it. Also, my pick up time was changed to a later pick up but my drop off time was not extended. Your 24/7 Ride share experience was useless, and sucked really bad. You change my length of rental, but not my return time. Doesn't make sense why you couldn't also change the reservation after mine to accommodate what was originally reserved. Also, your emails and apps had me picking up at two different locations, confirmed at one, pick up at another, all of which was not clear at all in the emails........Todd D.

Reserved equipment was not available at time reserved; although 3 other vehicles of same model on-site (told those were not available for out of state travel). 45 minutes later I left with higher cost equipment or would have to wait much longer for equipment I reserved two weeks earlier. Classic bait and switch tactic by this location- poor reflection on U HaulJOHN R.
