I just got charge $145+ dollars for a truck and I didn't even use 30 miles nor did I bring the tank on empty or did damage the truck. Never got charged so much I need a manager to contact me
NICHOLAS HPak Mail that rented me the 10 ft. Truck for Uhaul should not be a vendor. The truck that was rented to me was FILTHY in the interior and abiut 1 inch to an inch and a half in the water on the floor of truck and the back door of the truck could not be let down because it was off the tracks. Uhaul did not notify me of this and refused me a walk around of interior and exterior of the truck like other Uhaul companies do. I was stranded with my personal items on the truck and the truck door could not close down. No road side assistance showed up until around 7:30 p.m. when it was dark outside and Roadside did not show leave until around 8:30 p.m. Est. Repair Technician said Pak Mail should never have rented this truck with the bank door off the rail. Pak Mail employee who rented the car said I didn't have to bring it back until 10 a.m. the next day for same price. This was said before I was able to look into the back and only after I arrived home. Uhaul had the audacity to charge my card for a truck that was not operable and clean. He had me to call their Roadside Assistance. The store personnel said I could keep the truck wuthout any extra charges since I could not use it, and could return it the following morning on the 20th without any charges to be returnedby 10 a.m. on 20th. However, Uhaul willfully lied an charged my account for two days in the amounts of $109.36 on2-18-25 in light if the fact not Drivable and repaired until around 8:30 p.m.and 107.99 on Feb.19th. 2025 in light of the fact they were aware of fact I was constantly being detained by Uhaul to try and figure out why was the truck ever rented in that condition. I will never use PakMail Uhaul.AGAIN. It's was a scam to get money because they knew the truck would not be road ready and in good shape. I also have all the Uhaul emails to verify and validate what is stated herein.
JULIET CPlease have better customer service. Stop being rude and stop charging people $20 extra dollars when the use the drop box. Check your vehicles they are not well maintained. Finally , give people refunds when the tell you they were over charged

Rosana RAvoid over changing and be honest with what you advertise. I drove less than 10 miles and kept the truck less than 15 hours and was charged 50 plus dollars. Agent promised to email my receipt yesterday morning with my refund. Still haven't received it.

JOHN MLocation closed at 2pm and we made an effort to arrive before close to return the trailer. The location was empty and closed at 1:40 and thus we left the trailer where it was picked up as instructed. I was charged $20 extra for after hours drop off even though the staff had closed the location early. That is ridiculous, but sadly in line with my expectations from U-Haul based on prior experiences over the years.

Myrandi RThe truck was dirty inside with leaves and small pieces of broken furniture. The clerk seemed not happy by the fact he had to give me a bigger truck because the small size was not available. Then I asked if I did not refil the tank how much I would be charged. He went on and on with attitude and telling me he would not know. Then as I was the back returning the truck as the store was closed, he came returned. As I was trying to check out I asked him how to do it o. The app and told me the store was closed and he just returned to ..... (I do not recall the reason he returned) then he pointed on my phone where it said "return the truck" in a very rude and Unpleasant way as if I was a bother to him. Very Unpleasant. The app may be very easy to him who is familiar with it, not to many others.

KEVIN WMy rental transmission is bad! I felt like it will stop any time, and please Make sure to not have any hidden fees!!! I returned my renatl15 hours before my time! And they still charges me $20 for after hours fee!! I had an experience with other location, two day before this location! I returned the key in the key box, no extra charge!!
ABDELHAK AThe onsite associate was professional, informative and attentive at all steps of the process. The physical venue itself may have limitations and may lead to some confusion initially because of its design/layout, but the services rendered more than make up for any site deficiencies.

JANAE' JExcellent Service. Kyle was the only person working and the store was busy, but he greeted each person as they came so you knew he saw you. He juggled calls and clients and was friendly and personable. He walked us to the van, explained what we needed to know and we were off. When we returned the vehicle, he greeted us in the parking lot and checked us out immediately. The van was in great condition and clean. An A+ experience.

Danielle Severything was great until I got an extra $300 charge surprise before I paid, that made me sick to my stomach I was quoted 1 price and ended up paying a whole other one I believe you should let people know ahead of time before you put extra charges on the bill. If I didn't need the truck, I would not have gotten it, I was already paying $2,623 do i get any of that back? and not to mention they did not put the Hand truck or the blankets on the truck.

Tulio FNext time don't ask the customer did someone tell you to park that way. There was nothing that I received that indicated I needed to back in. Furthermore, the truck was filthy. Chicken bones in the cab and trash in the back of the truck. First and last time using this location. I don't appreciate being called asking if I can get back early with the truck and then being treated rudely. I was so exhausted and didn't have the energy to respond like I should've.
Kellie TMy whole experience this particular time dealing with U-Haul was completely unsatisfactory. When it came to customer service. It was very poor. Fees were not clearly explained through the duration of my rental. This particular location has a lot of unforeseen fees, fees i've never heard of before like environmental fee or talking to a in store representative fee. It's insane. compared to other U-Haul companies, the employees who maintain that particular establishment. Do not know how to communicate properly with customers they can get very rude when you're trying to explain your frustration with these foreseen non-explained fees.. The truck was completely dirty and I've never in my life ever had to pay almost $200 for a two day box truck U-Haul rental. personally, I'm never dealing with this particular location ever again buyer beware renter beware.
