Andre BWas told by rep to fill gas back to the level it was at when truck was rented. Did so as requested. Was then charged by U-Haul for gas. I paid double for gas. Also had to squeeze into the truck as it was parked inches away from the next truck. Then had to take the large cardboard advertisement out of the windshield and leave it on the floor of the truck while driving.

JOSHUA ETruck was vey unclean Staff was very unfriendly They charged me for unclean truck which they kept unclean and I filled fuel still they charged me $60 for fuel and they charged me for not checking out which am completely not aware of the process … for booking it was $60 but they charged me $210 what kind of U-Haul is this ..?
Sai kThere's no place in the drop-off check-out app to notate or verify that you've returned the specific equipment that you rented, or directions as to how you would like it handled. I left the furniture dolly in the back of the truck, but couldn't list that it was there for the local crew. Otherwise everything was simple and good. Thanks.

STACEY WI went to this Uhual last minute and received amazing service with a smile. The attendant Joshua was awesome. He was quick and efficient. My truck was clean and the transaction was seamless. I would recommend THIS location to anyone. PLUS the location is great. Food, stores and banking in the plaza as well.

I’ll never use this shit service again and I’ll reflect that and more in my review. Piss off uhaul you fucking crooks.

Paul LIn a world of digital photography, the picture presented as a representation of the vehicle that we used was not the actual vehicle driven. In relevance we received an unclean vehicle with transmission issues and poorly maintained. It got the done but for what we paid for I feel we were greatly OVERCHARGED!

Wendy Mthis location has always been bad , specialy the "owner" ( the other workers are nice) so he calls himself. they will leave things like dolly or these covers in the car and try to charge you for it. they will charge for damage on a truck that you did not cause and the "owner" is just a very rude individual. they are very close to me by location but I reach a poing where going to home depot to rent a truck will be a better choice .
Kodjo AI rented a unit from a location in Cumming, GA over the weekend (weekend prior to this past weekend) and went to rent an additional unit after this during the week last week at a location in Sandy Springs, GA. Upon arrival for the rental in Sandy Springs it was found that the transaction at the Cumming location was someone left open or somehow my information got associated with a completely different rental. I had to wait a couple hours so U-Haul could clear this up. I was late for my job and lost money AND in a day and age when identity theft is so prevalent, the fact that somehow a U-Haul rep attached my name/info to someone I've never even heard of is quite alarming. The folks at the Sandy Springs location were wonderful in trying to help, BUT it was U-Haul internally that created the issue. Debris clean up is needed behind the building where the U-Haul trucks are picked up and returned. ***The young lady working at this location is extremely pleasant and helpful. I give her a 10/10 for EXCELLENT customer service provided to me and witnessed, while assisting others.

SHAKIVIA WMake sure that when equipment is ordered, it is in the truck. I ordered a dolly and it was not there but I was charged for it. The ladies refunded it back to me. But the need was the dolly because I was moving.

DEBRA EThe service was great, pick up was flawless, but there was a huge square hole in the back above the gas tank that kept sliding around during transport and could cause you serious injury if you stepped into it. Seemed like it was possible it was removed for a service and never reattached. This should addressed before someone is seriously injured!

Allison AThis is the only location that automatically adds the CDW charge. I didn’t even opt for that but was charged anyway for it. I do not agree with this charge at all . I was never even asked about it or told that the charge was going to be automatic.

Allison RI don’t know what I would say they can improve on. Everything we experienced was flawless. We had two rental in 3 days and we had no problem in either situation. We used the app to pick up the 1st vehicle. The process was easy to follow. The return went smoothly as well. The 2nd truck was done in the store and the customer service persons in the store was really on her game.
Joshua JThe storage area had a HOLE in it. We fell through it several times while moving. My friend almost hurt his ankle when the hole completely opened while we were using the ramp. There’s no reason this truck should be rented with a hole in it.

Vidya SMake sure your trucks are 100% rentable my son almost broke his ankle and me too on your uhaul truck. Also the truck was supposed to be ready 8am and the keys were not in the box the person that wasn’t at work until 8:15 yet you all charge for a cleanup fee smh it’s sad.

I reserved the uhaul truck online, and I specifically opted out of the insurance. I would like a refund of the $14. I will be taking this issue to corporate

Brian BVehicle was not in condition for safe drive. Right side mirror was taped and was obviously broken prior. During driving it was moving and not functional. Tire pressure was off . Representative at the office charge extra fees $1 for environmental fees whatever this was for. He also changed me $14 SafeMove that I wasn’t agreed at the first place. Gas tank was way below 1/2 full and per agreement I had to bring vehicle 1/2 full. Have not bring vehicle for me , I have to get it on my own. Have not give me location for the key and my choice was to get vehicle for 10 hours and bringing vehicle at 10 pm on back of not very safe back of the building place and looking for the key box not very comfortable for a woman.
