Walked in needing a large truck within 48 hours, and they had it prepped and ready when I got there. Truck had close to 40K miles, but looked new inside and out. Their parking lot is tight, so they stage the truck in a large parking lot across the street to aid in getting in and out of traffic. VERY helpful! There were no surprises in fees or insurance, and everything was explained by the delightful counter staff. Brought the truck back on a Friday just before closing, and they were ready with my paperwork, and I was out in just a few minutes. Great experience - Would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

The pick up location was just OK. The truck should have come from Rent-A-Wreck. It was not well maintained. The box was cleaned but truck itself was old tired and worn out. The trip down to Tennessee was nerve racking to say the least. I had to keep the truck traveling below the speed limit because it would shake violently to the point that it scrambled my load. This happened with it loaded and with it empty. The load made no difference. The drop off location worker was very helpful and took the truck out of service immediately because it was not safe. Never Again!!!

The wires for the taillights of the car dolly that I rented were extremely worn and frayed Further the wires for the right side taillight had been cut at one point and they were just twisted together. I have pictures if you’d like me to send them I’d be happy too , just let me know.

Only problem was the left tail light running light was burned out but the brake and turn signal did work. Otherwise the rental went fine with no major issues

Please inform customers when you switch from a Sunday to a Saturday pickup that the cost per mileage changes. Very disappointed that this was not communicated to me and I had to pay an extra $50...

The female clerk was fantastic, she immediately smiled at me was so courteous, when I arrived she gave me eye contact got me in and out. If it wasn’t for how professional she was I think I would have looked elsewhere for a truck rental. I started at the Hammond ind. location i had reserverved a 15 ft. truck in advance and the day before when i called and was told that a problem had arose. I couldn’t have a truck and had to drive further to get a 10 ft truck , to my luck I did get a 15’ truck. I will say the Morris U-Haul rental was the most professional and Courteous , thumbs down to Hammond Indiana and the other Indiana location ( rude clerk)

Not happy with pick up place had to drive 45 min away to pick up when there are 3 uhaul places with in 10 minuets of me the place down the street had 3 trucks parked out front ALL day

I believe the representative should go with the customer to verify the gas gauge in the truck. I was told I had to fill the truck to full even though the truck was a quarter less than full when I took the truck. The attendant did not go with me to the truck because the phone was ringing. She showed me where the truck was and that the gas tank was full even though it was not. Other than that everyone was nice. I did mention this to the attendant when I returned the truck.

Dirty inside and out. Wlndshield covered with baked on bugs that wipers couldn’t clear. Also I have never had to inspect a rental for damage alone without a Uhaul rep along to verify. For the cost to use for 2 hrs. a clean safe vehicle should be the norm. Very disappointed

We used their 24/7 service to get the truck and the employee who made the reservation didn’t set it that way, because of their mistake we didn’t get the truck until an hour and a half after our original pick up time. The employee also reassured me that there would be a dolly in the truck, there wasn’t, and the truck was also not well maintained, the alignment was off and was hard to drive. I personally would not recommend this location
