The Uhaul dealer was late arriving for the pick up time. The facilities were cramped and it was obvious Uhaul equipment rentals were not the priority. It was made obvious halfway through the trip the trailer rented was not maintained with TWO incidents within the span of less than a hundred miles apart.

When I arrived at the location the office was closed. I tried to use the website for rental. The website was slow and very clumsy to use. I ended up calling uhaul to finish the rental. When I returned to the office I tried again to use the internet and it didn't work. Called uhaul again and had to get the office to close out the rental. I spent over 1 hour on rental and return .
