Wonderful experience. Appreciated assistance hooking up trailer, safety chains and electrical. Trailer was well maintained and worked perfectly.

Samantha HDropped off the truck and trailer after hours so I did not speak with anyone. The place was organized and clean (at least the outside) and the process for turning in the keys/equipment was user friendly (a lot of pic taking but I can understand that). It would be nice if there was an asphalt parking lot instead of asphalt to but that isn't a big deal either. Overall good experience.

John CTrailer outside was really dirty. Trailer sb retired or reworked as decals are coming off. This is not a reflection of the business but U-Haul.
Paul GYour app SUCKS!!! I have never seem a more glitches, confusing, klutzy piece of technology! If uhaul didn't basically have a monopoly on truck rentals I would never, ever use your service again!! It should not take a rocket scientist to operate your app. I am not the most tech savvy but I am not an idiot either. Your app is ridiculous! But because of the aforementioned monopoly you have you probably couldn't care less about this. You will force this on your customers. Also when I booked online it showed an available truck closer to me, but ended up having to book one further. Yet no mileage compensation for the added mileage.
Pamela HTruck was muddy on the inside of the cab as well in the back of the truck. I ordered a utility dolly and blankets and I did not receive them when I picked the truck up. It was a Sunday and the facility was closed, as was most other Uhaul locations around. Also, I was told I would receive a call back about getting a refund and I still haven't received that call.

dean fI showed up early for the drop off after a smooth trip. Before I even got out of the vehicle, a gentleman came out and said pull it up and he’d unhook it. It literally took 2 minutes. It doesn’t get much better. Thank you!

rachel mEmployee error caused problems picking up truck. They reserved an in-town truck when my reservation was for one-way. Representative said we would have to go somewhere else to get a truck. (It is now dark and we just drove 4 hours. Not happy). Luckily, supervisor intervened and we were able to get a truck. But, it did not have have the dolly or pads I had ordered. At that point I was just happy to get a truck at all. Also, had problems getting credits for dolly and pads. In the end, all worked out. Thanks.

James MThere was no problem with the location except for they closed so early on a Friday. But I will NEVER use the app to pick up and return after hours. It took an hour to pick up the truck and an hour to return it.
