I made the uhaul reservation at the River falls location and gave them my credit card information. I called several times to verify my reservation and was unable to reach anyone. I got an email confirming my reservation. On the morning of the reservation I once again called to be informed that they did not have a truck at our location and we would have to drive to Hudson. Upon arrival the attendant was rude and did not have my credit card information. We for sure will not be working with you again.

The bed of the truck was very dirty at pickup. We had to clean it before packing our items in there for the trip. The online check in for picking up the truck was great. Very convenient.

Pick up was scheduled for 10am. When I arrived there were two other people waiting and the employee did not arrive to the location until about 10:15. We did not leave until 1030 which put us very behind schedule

This was where our contract told us to pick up trailer. When we arrived, the guy very sassily said “We don’t rent trailers here. As you can surely see, we don’t have room for any more. You’ll have to find one someplace else” We called around and found another location - no help from him. It’s a good thing we checked a day ahead or we would have really been stressed.

The cabin on the 10' is pretty tight for tall people, so if it could be increased enlongated a bit that'd be cool

We were only able to reserve online at noon. We would have preferred to go earlier but arranged our plan according to the time available. Ironically, we received a call in the morning that the location had changed and the time to pick up was at 10. It worked for us...but I thought it was strange that th reservation was just switched

Trucks were parked away from the lock boxes, necessitating walking some distance through weeds to get the truck key. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Thank you!
