Better. Communication when I tried to extend my rental time I had a very hard time and at times could not contact a actual live employee overall I had a bad experience with uhaul and am seriously considering not using there company again ...

The cab of the truck had a bit of an offensive smell. The windshield was quite dirty with a bird deposit right in the drivers view, there were foot prints on the inside of the passengers side windshield and overall the inside of the windshield was dirty. When I mentioned it to the clerk upon return he said he knew but just didn't have time to clean it.

UHAUL has really changed....for the better. .i have been waiting for the opportunity to review my uhaul experience. from making reservation to picking up trailer to returning trailer was smooth and pain-free! i had to change both pick-up site and drop-off site, and it was accomplished with no problem or hesitation. jeremy french in albuquerque, nm was especially good. trailer was ready for immediate use. lots of room to maneuver.

To ensure the information on both vehicle towed and towing are correct. Terminology and model of the vehicle may prohibit the renter from using your equipment if incorrectly entered into your system.

When we arrived, just minutes from booking our reservation at 1-800-GO-UHAUL, the staff was outside dealing with a situation and was unaware we were coming. Joshua Covelli dropped what he was doing and greeted us. Although I pulled in the wrong direction, I was treated and greeted with kindness and respect. Joshua and his colleague went over and beyond the call of duty. I will visit this location again just to bring them lunch! On a special note...the phone operator was stellar at his post as well!

The location was amazing, the only issue I had was that my pick up location was Coors and I-40 for a 26’ truck and auto transport. I had to go to a different location for the auto transport and another location from that for the truck. Original pick up time was 9 am, and the truck wasn’t ready until 10:30. This put us an hour and a half back on a tight moving schedule and we didn’t even start yet. It would have been nice to have all the equipment ready at the requested location and time.

There was a system upgrade at the time we went in. It caused delays and computer glitches. I felt bad for the Agent helping us. Other than the long wait due to the system upgrade. The Agents were very patient and had great customer service skills.

Check in was fast and efficient by the desk agent. Return of truck however was difficult due to key fob would not fit in return key slot.

The check out was not good. I arrived three hours late and was told that the trailer I had reserved had been given away. I was told about some green light, yellow light, red light thing but basically I was out of luck. I left the location mad but before I could get pulled out of the parking lot I was stopped and told that they had one after all. There was no mention of being there on time or I risked losing the rental while I was making the reservation. At least as far as I remember. If it is policy to give away reserved equipment based on a late pick up I’d suggest that you inform customers verbally. It may already be in writing on some paperwork but it is very important to people to get what they need especially when moving. The check in went well. It was quick and easy. I don’t blame the people who are working there as they were just doing their job. I literally work a half block away. I was planning on picking it up at lunch but I was too busy to leave work. Knowing that it was reserved I didn’t worry about it. Thanks.
