I received inconsistent information over the phone. Had to make 5 or 6 total calls to rent. One call I was put on hold for 26 mins. Nobody got back to me. I had to hang up and call again. Last, when I arrived at the location to pick up, it took 40 mins from the time I arrived to the time I left, to rent a 4x8 trailer. It will be a long time before I return, if I ever do. Will not recommend. Why would anyone with a reasonable mind do business with uhaul?

We had a difficult time finding the business. We had a difficult time, pulling in and parking our 26 foot truck. Jason was extremely rude to Terry to the point where she was ready to leave and just take the truck somewhere else. He left a very negative impression about this company and Uhaul in particular and we likely will consider using Ryder or Penske next time!!!
Eric HNo issues, I'm just disappointed that nobody told me when I picked up our trailer that I would be charged if I dropped it off after hours. Otherwise, I would've waited and taken it in the morning. Not this locations fault though!
