myra m. | Overall ExperienceFirst the office smelled of weed. The data gf was not knowledgeable about pricing or the 24 hour access policy plus fee. The storage facility is filled with rat droppings. There are rats right Ning throughput the warehouse. I was asked to move my items onto a rat dropping filled room. For this infested facility needs a really bad exterminator. And all of the storage rooms had "Red" nonpayment tags on them. Which is more than half of the space that paying customers could have. And no handicap accessible storage rooms available.
