Darnyell D | Overall ExperienceThe only problem we experience was the schedule. Twice we could not get in at 6and 7 pm. That was really bad and one time I was locked inside the facility and the emergency number did not respond.

The female at the U-Haul store location that checked me out could have been more attentive& engaging, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The males who checked me in were friendly and helpful. They made everything convenient. Overall my experience was no hassle at all! Very satisfied.
