I left something in the truck and was far away. I called over 25 time and over 1 hour I waited no one answered the phone. I called customer service and spoke to Liz , she also could not get in contact with the store. So I ended up coming to the store. There was absolutely no one in the reception area , the garage area , I called out for somebody multiple times , and so did another gentleman customer. We waited over 20 minutes before somebody came out to help us , and by that time the other 2 gentleman customer had grown weary of waiting and had left . Very poor customer service !

However, this U-Haul does not have equipment ready for customers to grab and go and there isn't enough people working some days. on the 1st of the month, only 1 person opened the store and the line was already forming. it took a hour after our rental start time to get everything that we needed. Management has to do better with preparing their staff for a successful day. Never saw the manager and if i did, they didn't act like it or made it shown that they was the problem solver.

Furthermore the drop off box was not easily located as I drove around the two complexes for 15 minutes until I found the drop box. In addition, I returned the truck with 3/4 of a tank of gas. Will I be reimbursed for the additional fuel?

Tyra SI've been with Uhaul for years, never had any incidents or accidents and always paid my balance off, never owed anything, yet still I'm not able to get approved right away, I'm still having to provide additional verification. This makes me feel like Uhaul itself performs redlining, and this was all a result of where I live. Secondly, the Uhaul verification rep that called my contact Sabrina Davis, called and said something to the effect that "I'm calling to let you know that if I don't return the equipment or pay, she'll be held liable", then proceeded to hang up on her. This is unacceptable. The location and their service was great. Uhaul's customer service, not so much. ¡Gracias!

DONALD WAt approximately 11:15am the day of my reservation, I received a call informing me my reservation was cancelled that I made for the entire day. It was cancelled due to me "not arriving by 9:15am". I was already enroute to the location when I received this call. A better way to approach a situation such as this is to inquire with the customer if they still have intentions to keep their reservation and not assume they are no longer coming. Upon arriving fifteen minutes later, there were three additional trucks of the same exact size.

Not only did she come and get the mouse, she also removed my items from the storage unit and mopped and swept the entire unit. She never showed an attitude or blamed me for the situation. She then went through the facility picking up trash and cleaning the floors. She deserves a badge of honor! She did her job with a smile on her face. Her customer service is impeccable! Once I checked in using the app I went inside and was handed my keys and was shown previous dents and scratches on the truck, mileage check and gas. And when I returned the vehicle I was treated just as nice!!! I would honestly go back just to say hello to these great employees!!!!

First I got there after booking and thought this is amazing. The unit the phone rep booked was said to be for a two bedroom apartment and was the size of a closet. Too small. Then based on the actual size of the unit I required there were only two unit which I had no choice to book because I had ordered movers who I did not want to inconvenience. The two units had locks on them and upon opening there were 5-10 sticky glue mouse traps and three rat box in each unit. How horrifying is that when storing luxury furniture. On top of that I was charged full price for two units when I only needed one 10x10 unit. On top of that the U-Haul up truck was extremely dirty with blunt guts in them. I'm disappointed. And out of money and time I cannot recover.
