Well the very young man that hooked up the car trailer did not tighten down the hitch . A nice state trooper was nice enough to stop me and point out that the trailer was not on the ball . Wish I had gotten pictures to show you . Also one tire had a very nice wobble.

As far as the online check vehicle in aspect, it’s good if your phone camera is fully functional. I did my best taking pictures for the submissions but I think they could be horrible. I didn’t want the company to think I tried to get over on them, I am an honest citizen. I put the appropriate amount of gas in the vehicle locked it up with all the extra rental PCs inside as well . Left no dirt or trash behind. I just think the picture part could be omitted plus I checked back in late that could be a safety hazard anyplace you go, then to have to stand by taking pictures But overall the location is great with a great team thank you !

Very quick drop-off, but the employee forgot to check the vehicle in, and I had to call back the next morning to get the receipt. Saying that, the service was excellent - and this was easily and pleasantly accomplished.

My reservation was delayed from 8:00 AM in Dundalk to 11:30 in Catonsville. This was unacceptable considering i reserved the truck on May 9. The attendant at the desk was helpful, but took longer than necessary because the computers were so slow. I also heard the employees over the phone complain about the computers. This should be addressed.

I ask to drop the truck off in laurel the lady said it would be too much money . She never quote no price. I got a call saying I would be charging a extra 50.00 after I told them I may need it longer then I was told I would be charged a extra 40.00 . I had no problem with that but, 40.00 then and extra 50.00 I had a problem. I wasnt charged the extra 50.00 after explaining the young lady never told me that when I put the truck up . I thought it was noted in the computer that I may need the truck longer. When I return the truck the young lady said I should have gotten a one way it would have save me some money and I could have had the truck for 1 day and certain about of miles then 30 cents a mile after and I could have drop off in laurel so I would like some type of refund back because I wanted to drop off in laurel and again I was told it would be too much money vs the young lady at woodlawn said I would have save some money I wouldn't have been charge that extra 40.00 and the 1.29 a mile on my way back to woodlawn. I call to make a complaint on Friday you all phone system has people on hold way too long so can someone call me about this situation after you listen to all the recorded calls from me to you all . 202 -910-6843 thank you I do have a copy of this email Dionne Elem

I returned cegicletafter hours. Parked in the designated space for returning vehicles and placed key in drop box hanging on wall outside of building. I received numerous calls from uhaul saying they couldn't find vehicle. This is the uhaul on Woodlawn drive. The sales associate was a light brown skin guy about 5'6" who apparently doesn't like his job. His service was poor and I think that u have to be an idiot not to see a big ass uhaul truck parked In Front of the building.

YOUR incompetent employee screwed up reservation and I was supposed to pick up truck in Columbia, MD at 9:00 a.m. and she made it Cambridge, Maryland at 2:00 in the afternoon... I was forced to rent an extremely small truck the first day and cost me an additional $350.00 plus tolls at the bay bridge. I will never as long as I live rent from U haul again...

When I made my initial reservation, I scheduled to drop the trailer off at a site which is less than a mile from me. However, my reservation was changed to drop off at a location which was 30 minutes away. This was an inconvenience for me and I will remember this when making my next trailer reservation.

I was told the truck would cost $53 not $64. I wasn't informed there would be a fee for using a card. I would of used cash if it was an option.

The signed posted outside said to stay with your equipment until a representative meets you. I had to walk inside to get assistance. I waited about 10-minutes before disconnecting the dolly and moving it on line with other equipment parked. When the outside attended arrived, he was wearing Beats headphones on his head and acted as if it didn't matter that I had done the work. At no time did the staff express any greetings or thanks. I would NEVER recommend this facility and whoever is the owner or manager should be fired for hiring such poor employees. Horrible experience!

DeAndre (I believe was his name) was awesome. He took great care of us and made up for an issue we had with the reservation hotline. The hotline told us we could reserve our truck for 4:45pm and then pick it up any time before that, (which was not true, because someone else had the truck until then). He gave us another truck at a discount and harged us less per mile than the standard rate.
