I had a great experience. My only concern is the customer parking. It's entirely too far to be parking and walking. I think relocating customer parking location closer to the building would be much better.
Have at least 1 chair for customers to sit down while they wait.

When i came to the location for the 24 hr pickup. The incorrect key was in my secure box. I arrived around 9:25pm and was unable to get resolved until after 11pm at night. It is unacceptable to have a women in a unsecured lot trying keys to several vehicles alone and then having to wait to get a new key code for the correct vehicle. We then returned the vehicle and received a car asking where it was. It's on your lot! It was the worst escorting i have ever had with uhaul.
You have great people running this location. Keep the excellent work up.
I was over charged and the manager has yet to refund me, it has been a month. I sent her proof via email and I'm out an additional $143 during a national pandemic. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I shouldn't have to constant call about money that should've been replaced and shouldn't have been taken in the first place.
So, I would have given them 4 stars, and I would still bypass the two U-Haul locations closer to my home, simply because of the efficiency and customer service. The truck was one of the older vehicles. It was clean, but the sun visor on the driver's side was broken and kept slipping. As I understood the contract, based on my projected mileage, the vehicle should have been returned with gas tank 7/8 full. Because we had to keep the vehicle an extra day, we exceeded the projected mileage. However, I filled the tank before I returned it and they still charged for the additional mileage. Seriously? I asked for an explanation, but have yet to receive a reply.

Need to develop an easier way to to lift the trailer hitch onto the ball of the vehicle. Way too heavy to lift by hand. Your people break their backs lifting the hitch.

There were two people in line when I got there. The service person & the first guy acted like they were â€œoldâ€ friends and kept chatting like there were no other people waiting. Then she left & went outside with the customer without even saying, â€œbe right backâ€ or â€œ I'll be with you guys in a minute.â€ She was gone 10 to 15 MINUTES. In the interim, another worker came in and asked had we been helped. He went to work immediately. While he helped the guy in front of me, the lady finally came back in. Never apologized, nothing. When she started to help me, she kept asking me questions that I had previously completed online. I had done everything online & just needed my key. It was very annoying & I told her that. When I got the truck, it was very damaged & I had to point out to her previous damage that was not identified by uhaul. The check-out was disastrous, but the employee who checked me in after returning the vehicle was professional.
My experience with U-Haul was absolutely fantastic !!! The manager was exceptional. She was very professional and polite and curtious she deserves a raise !!!! Thank you so very much an I will be using your services again !!!! Be safe and don't forget to give the manager a Big raise because she deserves it !!
I'm recommending this location because it has plenty of inventory and the employee who helped me was extremely kind and did his best to make me happy, so thanks for that. However, U-Haul MUST improve its online mobile check in process and have two people scheduled to work at all times. Because of the lack of staff and technical failures my experience at this location was pure trash. I waited more than an hour and that's just unacceptable. The delayed checkout had a domino effect for which I had to extend my rental and exceed my moving budget.
2nd Time I have Rented from this location Staff friendly truck was ready I did have a Appt. Would recommend this location. James and Angela where very helpful.

The improvement needed is for your services, this is 2020 and your system where down, all system really, no backup. No good, this shouldn't happen, please get it together, your worker are excellent but your send them out disadvantaged.
The staff here is great. Angie made it very easy for me when I came in. Her customer service is great and it is important to me in a time where customer service standards are not as prioritized like they used to me. The location has many young people and she appears to hold things together. Apologized for long line, and made me feel prioritized even when the young lady who helped me didn't seem to know what was going on.
I was told I could drop the auto transport off over night and their exact words was "if you drop it off pass 7 you can do 2 things log in on the website or just leave it here and I'll (Shan) check it in an the morning" so I dropped it off at 7:30 and I tried to log into the website put I couldn't I called the 24/7 number sat there for over an HR and couldn't get throw so I went home tried it again around 9 still couldn't do it the next morning I got charged an extra charge which was not discuss to me if I dropped it off overnight even though I reserved it for 24 hours and the guy told me if I drop it off that night and I could not check it in online he will do it no additional charge was told to me so I called and was trying to get the manager but could not they said they would send her a email. And she would get back to me and has not I called yesterday and still could not get the manager to resolve this issue. if I would have known it was going to be an additional charge I could have kept the trailer until they opened for I had the trailer for 24 hours and it was not due back until 10 the following morning.
