I was supposed to rent at the Northern Parkway location. They told us that we would be charged per 24 hour period for the 4 days we wanted to rent the truck. When we got there we were told we ONLY rent for 24 hours and would then have to return the truck. Why do you take a reservation for 4 days if you won't let me rent for 4 days. I was SO MAD!! I needed a truck immediately as people were being paid to help me load and O had to drive across town costing me more money. The person running that location is not a good business person. She will rent a truck, have it returned, clean it, & do paperwork 4 times in 4 days instead of renting for 4 consecutive days and only having to do return processing ONCE! Not very smart business. I will rent somewhere else, with more intelligent people next time.

The scheduling of the pick up location situation was awful. I made a reservation a week in advance to pick up a trailer less than a mile a way from my house at the requested location. I checked in on the pick up info a day before only to be told I need to drive over 25 miles to pick up the reserved trailer. I swiped the size of the trailer and was told I could pick up 10 miles away at another location. I then called that location and they told me that the reserved trailer had not been dropped off yet and to check in the morning. That morning the trailer was not on premises and I had to drive to another location 10 miles, 30 minutes away. I reserved a simple 4x8 trailer and drove all over town to get it. This was not what I was looking for when there is a location up the street form my house. I would like to be able to make a reservation and pick up the equipment at the specified location. This does not seem unreasonable to me. If I cannot do this I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for the opportunity to give my feedback.

The employee was nice. I was able to reserve the van online with ease. The van smelled like cigarette smoke, not too bad but you could tell the person prior smoked in the van. The main issue was the spiders. Our van was infested with fast, jumping, furry, big spiders. There was at least 5 of them when I got in the van and tried to kill them but they hid in the dashboard. It was a complete nightmare to say the least.

Charged twice which caused an overdraft fee with the bank. Will NEVER use this or any other Uhaul EVER again. Used this same uhaul about a month ago. When I dropped the truck off the attendant was outside on the phone smoking a cigarette. When she FINALLY came over to the truck she continued to talk on the phone with a friend about an upcoming trip to vegas and DIDN'T put the cigarette out. She never got off of the phone and when her cigarette was done she dropped it at my feet and didn't even step on it to put it out. So the smoke just went straight up my nose. I didn't report it because I didn't want her to loose her job, but being charged twice is completely unacceptable.

The van was dirty inside. The young lady didn't come out and check the gas, but told me to check it. I thought it was right. But it wasn't. I only went 5 miles and after putting $5 in gas before returning it, I had to put another $4 in the tank if I didn't want to be charged an additional $8 for the rental. There's no way the van used 1/4 tank of gas in five miles. She would not make any exception and told me that I should have told her that the gas mark on the form was wrong. That's not my job. That's the rep's job. She didn't even do a walk around the vehicle to look for damage. The worse U-Haul experience I've ever had.

We were going to use self-checkout and the lady that helped us was very rude when she started telling us what to do. My husband wasn't feeling well that day and didn't hear/understand exactly what she said and although he couldn't hear her, she started yelling at him while I was standing there. I would not recommend this place.

The trailer was in very poor shape. Obviously not equipment the company is investing in any longer. Many miles on it - door was really difficult to operate and I worried about the quality of the brakes.

Used location two occasions. Site should open on time, saving time and money is why people use the business. Staff was good but bad environmental conditions made the job a little difficult. Overall was okay experience

This was one of the most disastrous experiences I have ever experienced. The U Haul it staff at the Woodlawn location were great, even without utilities, , however; the UHaul it dealer at the BP at 524 Reisterstown Road location was without exception one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. He never explained the contract, nor did he have permission to charge my card, and then overcharged me. They put a hold on my account, and 5 days later, I still do not have the money back. These are just a few of the details. He was rude to everyone who walked into the store. Definitely not a representation of what U haul wants representing their brand, and I hope that they sever toes with this. This is not over-I will be in contact with UHaul and BP upper management. Horrible experience.!

Your employee walked in at 9:20 am when opening was 9. The electricity was out and it took her an hour to figure that out. I left after 11 with the truck. She did take initiative to get us all checked out by phone. It was just frustrating and employees should respect others by being on time!

Horrible customer services. Extremely bad attitude employee On this location!! I will never go back to this location due to the way she treated me. Even though it the closest location to me and I use to rent a lot from you guys but it going down due to these bad attitude employes and other competitors. Home Depot have pretty sweet deal $19 for 75 minutes and free mileage!! And that's f250 Super duty with 3000lbs payload!!
