Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe manager, Michael and his team were wonderfully helpful! My family and I had a very good experience. His associates were professional and accommodating. When we had to move out over our apartment quickly and needed extra space until we moved into a new rental this location had just what we needed. When checking in I noticed Michael training his associates and improving Customer relationships. He clearly wants a them knowledgeable, and at a higher standard. And when it was time for us to move out they walk you through the process. I highly recommend this location. I am very thankful to them!

LOUIS B | Primeras impresionesThe agent handed me the paperwork and that’s it. He did not know if the unit was air-conditioned or not. How could you not know that if that’s your job?We didn’t know where the unit was located We did not know how to get into the unit. He did not give me a lock as he was supposed to do. He had my wrong address on my paperwork. He had a different deal when I went the store versus what I was able to get online, but I couldn’t get online because I couldn’t upload my ID Biggest complaint I got to the unit opened it up and someone else’s things were in the unit had never been cleaned out. You never checked it. After a long day of moving, this was not a great experience luckily there was someone else there I believe the manager, and he was very helpful, but he had three other people yelling at him and even though I think his supervisor of the phone trying to get him Not too good at this one
Joseph B | Primeras impresionesMike and the team are absolutely incredible. I had the pleasure of being Brittany's first storage rental many months ago and checking out with her last night. Both times she was as pleasant and professional as you could hope for when dealing with a move. Mike made me feel welcome on day one, as well as thanking me for my time as a customer of U-Haul as I was moving out. It really felt like I was appreciated and not just another autopay. My experience was professional, with a neighborly charm I had not found elsewhere. My only reason for moving out is that I only needed the larger space for half the year, but whenever I need storage in the future I know where my choice will be. Until then I will recommend everyone I know to store with U-Haul in Wilton.
