I drove off with first truck. The truck had an acceleration issue. I have a class D license and was once employed driving similar trucks. I returned truck, requesting replacement. The manager(Harry) had a nasty attitude, telling me to "get in" for him to show me my concerns were baseless. The replacement truck had a broken spring on the rear catch, causing the latch to get stuck inside the roof. While loading the truck we experienced a heavy rain. My belongings got wet as rain blew in and ran down into the front due to the inability to close the door. I expressed my displeasure with the poorly maintained equipment where I received the same nasty responses as the day before but, with added nonsense over confusion over the paperwork from the original truck. Harry claimed I was late and hadn't added enough gas. It is possible that I was overcharged for mileage too. I have used U-Haul multiple times, including this location. I will not be returning and will gladly pay more.

Two times in a month I used this U,-Haul location.Both times they messed up my dolly order.Yesterday the back door kept hanging at the top.The latch is worn-out.I spent an extra hour working very hard in a 100°+ heat index getting it unjammed multiple times.Also the e-brake didn't work.

No offense to the normal U-Hauls but typically I am underwhelmed and under impressed. However this was one of those rare cases where a U-Haul rental location exceeded my expectations. Every person I interacted with was positive and friendly. I even had an opportunity to work with a store manager when I returned the van and he was able to give me a one-day credit after being invoiced an extra day for coming in 20 minutes late. Despite that everybody had a pleasant personality and I will definitely be back to rent again and also to probably add a hitch to my van

I have been denied equipment due to not having it in stock on my last two moves with uhaul. I will not use this service in the future and will recommend all of my friend go to another service

Shouldn't take 45 minutes to pick up a trailer that's reserved and already checked in online. Guy that hooked up the trailer is an imbecile. When discussed with the guy when I returned trailer, he complained one employee was asleep in the break room behind some boxes, one brought his kid to work, and another was nowhere to be found. Appears to be a lack of management.

We rented a 6x12 trailer. The first trailer was only checked after being hooked up to our vehicle. The back door would not latch. They had to unhook it and hook up a 2nd trailer. The lights did not work on this one. They tried to tell us it was our hitch. Impossible as we purchased a brand new hitch from U-Haul and had U-haul install the hitch on our vehicle. Well it was not installed properly. They pulled the wiring too tight and it fraid. So they had to run a new wire. Next they put the hitch back on our vehicle. We told them it was dragging and they should turn the ball around to give it another few itches off the ground. They said no it was fine the way it was. So it dragged for the almost 2,000 miles we had to travel with it. Your technicians were rude and did not care about doing their jobs correctly to ensure we had a properly installed trailer on our vehicle. We have used this location in the past. Each time we go their is always an issue. We will no longer use this location or recommend it to anyone. We will however try another location if we need such services in the future.

The 1-800 customer service representatives should be more helpful. Being transferred 3 or more times and ultimately visiting the location to adjust my reservation (because it was faster) is not customer friendly.
