More people at the front desk checking in customers on a Saturday. Kind of a long line. But customer service reps were fast and efficient so that helped a lot.

If the truck was on and you were stopped in one spot too long it started beebing continuously. The doom lights didn’t work in the truck. The back of the truck smelled light a drunken homeless person lived in there. There were roaches in the cab. I found out when one of them crawled up my leg while I was driving.

The person who checked me in did not initial the mileage. When I got the vehicle it was on 79882 I made 1 trip to Coral Springs which is less than 10 miles. I must say that I had left the furniture dolly at the location where we traveled to and had to bring that item back to the U-Haul the next day. When I did return on Monday to bring back the dolly. I was advised that my mileage used was 90 miles. Now I don’t want what occurred after I left the truck, but I can assure you that I did not travel 90 miles to Coral Springs and back to Wilton Manors. The gentleman that I spoke with on Monday named Kevin Garcia made me feel as though I was lying. Why would I lie about the mileage but not lie about being given a furniture dolly which I forgot to return. I might as well had lied about not receiving the dolly and close out my rental. I proceeded to tell Kevin that the gentleman who checked me I. On Saturday was older and was being trained by and younger Hispanic bald gentleman. The bald gentleman took the keys and said he would meet me outside. When I got outside he handed me my keys and said I was good to go, I got in and drove away as my husband followed in our vehicle. He was there and can attest that at no time did anyone go over the mileage with us. Kevin threatened me by staying “I can review the videos if that’s what you want” to which I responded go ahead and check I have nothing to hide. He left and return without saying what he had found from the footage. When I asked him he said he couldn’t tell from the angle of the camera. I then said because he didn’t do it. I have never be treated this way by any U-Haul location making me feel like I was trying to get out of paying my bill. Our whole purpose for renting was to avoid paying a hefty delivery fee for our furniture. Why would I turn around and go 90 miles in the U-Haul. Traveling 90 miles would have taken me well pass Miami and further than west palm beach, which I did neither. If It for the convenience of this location to my home address I would have never use this location! This is he first and last time that I will rent from this location. I would rather travel greater distances than go back there.

I rented only an appliance dolly. Used it for about 2 hours and when I returned it. I was told just drop it we dont check them in. 2 days later I received a phone call asking when I would return the dolly. The employees obviously are not educated with the policy.

Nothing. I’ve used this Uhaul company several times and I have always be treated with respect. Always greeted and always good bye. The staff is awesome.

It might be helpful to install some customer line stantions at the front desk area because when it's busy at this location, there are people who walk right past people standing in line and stand at the counter. These rude types who ignore those standing patiently seem to think they are entitled to walk past everyone and be waited on first.

I was no explained how the hold woks on my card. I was told it was not charged and when I checked my bank the hold was there.

Hire competent people. I was told mileage was $$$60, I got in truck it was $$$61. The worker told me it would be corrected...never was. Then I drove 4 miles wanted to charge me 14 dollars after I put 3 dollars worth of gas in. You guys are a rip off. If I didn’t speak up you would have ripped me off over 15 bucks. You are thieves and I wouldn’t recommend a thief to anyone.
