I asked the woman if she works there she replied with “no I don’t work here. I’m just wearing a U-Haul shirt” also, I paid for my unit came to get inside of it and they still had the locks on it hours later so I had to ask the woman who had that remark about if she worked there which obviously she did I had to ask her can she unlock it which is should’ve been already unlocked. I’ve already paid then she tells me they’re gonna put another lock on my unit after I paid because the lock I have was not the right lock when I bought that lock from U-Haul Terrible service

ROOSEVELT J | Overall ExperienceIt took 50 minutes just to get my storage facility. There was a long line and only two and then only one person working at the desk. It didn’t help the people working at the desk were slow and making mistakes, making an interaction with each customer 10-20 minutes. I felt very bad holding up the line behind me as there was only one person once I was checking in and my interaction once I got up to the desk was over 20 minutes. There need to be more people hired to work at this location.
