Better customer service
Drive in drop off of trailer was convenient and fast. No need to go inside.
Make sure all information is correct when making a reservation for someone also making sure the correct pick up location is on the reservation. Make sure the truck size is available for what the customer needs it for
Originally went to 84th st location and management was very rude so I walked out. He was petty over where I parked. This location has a friendly staff that was very helpful with every aspect of the rental from checkout to return.. we will use this facility for all of our future needs..

This pickup location was not the location I received in the rental confirmation email and I never received and email or phone call notifying me the pickup location was different. I went to the pickup location on the rental confirmation and then had to go to a second location to pickup my rental.
Someone at uhaul frequently charged my card for a drop off date and time that I did not do. My card was clearly stolen by someone at uhaul and charged it over one thousand dollars. I picked up and dropped off a truck back in 10/31 and I was done. Now on 11/16, I see the charge for over one thousand dollars. I received a receipt through email showing there was a drop off 15 days after 10/31, that I did not do. I am never using uhaul again and I would never recommend uhaul because there are thieves working for them.
Have More Help Inside With The Customers When Pick Up What They Have Rented. The Employees Were Very Helpful. And, Johnny Is Very Helpful As Well. When , I Got My Truck & Return It. Johnny, Over All Is A Great Employee.
reservation was booked for 190 SW Eighth St. Miami, FL 33130. On day of pick up I was informed that the truck was not available at this location and made me drive all the from Brickell to Doral 30 minutes out of the way and resulted in toll fees. If my reservation was at the original location I picked, I wouldn't have had accumulated any toll fees because I-95 is toll free. Please waive this invoice of $4.64 for the inconvenience and lack of communication. Unacceptable!
I don't want to leave a bad survey but I've rented a lot of equipment from U-Haul I even have a storage facility but this is the first time I used a different location I rented a trailer for one day I used it for four hours and was double billed they said I didn't bring the trailer back for two days and also double billed me for boxes I will call customer service line today and see what we can fix
I did not get 10 blocks down the road before the trailer bounced off the ball. It dropped down onto the safety chains, thankfully. The technician did not fasten the trailer to the hitch ball. I fixed it myself. I will double check the trailer before I drive off with another trailer.
Long, long wait time for check out. Great staff. Charged me for trailer insurance when I specifically chose to not but it during the reservation process. I did not notice the charge until I left.

Drainage in parking lot
Train your customer service representatives how to be professional. The women have horrible attitudes. They are angry and very hostile. They lack effective communication skills. I did not feel valued as a customer.
Horrible service, truck was not available or assigned when I reached to the location. Had to call the customer service 3x as the first 2x I was hung up in. Waited outside the location for 1 hour and half only to be told to drive to a different location to obtain a truck. I was told that I would not be charged by the mile or gas, however when I returned the truck I was charged over 150 just for miles and gas. I missed a funeral due to this inconvenience. Very unhappy with the service, brought extra stress during my move that I did not need. I would not recommend the company or location PERIOD!
