More specific (detailed)gas gauges. The check in amount was incorrect and I had no desire to wait in line to have it corrected. I ended up replacing more gas than I used. I spent 20.00 to replace gas when I actually drove 21 miles. Other than that all was perfect.

I was on hold for 25mins and was on phone overall for an hour disputing an issue with the drop off location. The Drop off location on our contact stated for Broward Blvd but was later told two day later they still waiting on the vehicle to be dropped off when we dropped it off to the location that is on the contract. This was very poor communication with Uhaul and customer service reps were not helpful at all. I was never notified of any changes but contacted the store where I dropped off the vehicle and was told they still haven't closed it out. This is unacceptable service.

Everything that could go wrong did go wrong after I left the truck Wednesday evening and dropped the key off in the appropriate slot. I have rented usual trucks befor along the years and this was the worst kind of experience imaginable. From misreading the fuel gauge so that I was being charged 36 dollars extra for fuel, I found out upon returning to the U-Haul place on Broward Blvd. the next morning. I convinced the attendants that it was their fault and since I had the truck until 4PM I went to fill it with more gasoline to appease them. Upon returning the second time with the truck, the attendant gave me the wrong bill with someone else's name on it. I fortunately looked at the bill in the store and told them that that was not my bill. I was in the store 20 minutes before someone when they to check the mileage on the truck to rectify my bill. I was given a bill which now appears to be correct for 53.80. However I paid with an American Express card and had the presence of mind to call them and ask for this transaction. I was told and verified on my account that I had been billed three times by your company. Twice my bill and once that bill that belongs to another person an Earl somebody... I will never return to this particular U-Haul store. I have tried to clear it up with American Express. I would appreciate it if you clear up the billing on your end. Tony Cleto

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with uhaul! They canceled our reservation for a mistake they made and on top of that the truck we got was filled with roaches and they put the wrong drop of location but thanks to the uhaul in Killeen they were a nice to help us.

There is no clear way to queue in line - there are stacks of boxes placed awkwardly in front of the cash registers. The truck I reserved wasn't there. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes, but once I was served, both the associate and the manager were very helpful and upgraded me to an available larger truck. The associate, in fact, processed two customers at the same time on two computers to help reduce the wait time in the line.

1. I made a reservation, took an hour to pick up truck. 2. I was an hour late on return, called to confirm and asked that my account be notated. Upon business opening the following day, still showed I had your vehicle. Account was not notated. 3. Picked up vehicle with NO Gas and credit was refuses because I was off by a minimal amount. Although there was more gas than I picked it up with. 4. The amount that was on hold and an additional $98.39, which was the amount I was told I'd be charged. Terrible terrible

Maintain the trucks well. Throwing new tires on a van is not a solution for a suspension issue. The truck I had felt as if it was going to lose control every time I hit a pothole or bump going anything over 25 mph. Ball joint/ shock issue. Steering to the side. Also had over 4 inches of free play left to right on steering while driving in order to keep the truck straight on the road. To top it off. I'm moving and it turns night time. The light in the back can didn't work. So I had to u load a truck using s cellphone flashlight which just took longer. I was very disappointed and felt unsafe using this equipment. I'm glad when I did drop it off. Just please don't put anyone else into this truck until it is properly serviced by someone who knows how to service them. (I state this from servicing vans and cars for over 12 yrs professionally) (bad suspension)...

The Location was great and the people worked tirelessly to make my rental happened. That being said, Uhaul corporate needs to step up their a-game when it comes to the major screw up of over worked servers and slowdowns to cause major customer issues. My issue took over an hour and a half for it to be resolved. Any help to ensure this won't happen again but much appreciated.
