Yes I would but there is one of your rep who is very rude and as much I have use your service I have never been talked to or treated like that before. I do all my reservations online so when I get there it’s less time. However this one time I went there the lady first of all was rude because I said good morning no reply then she asked me what do I want to do I advised her I had reserve a van. So she pull up. Then she proceeds and said how many miles I will need I told her maybe 20 miles but if I go over no problem I pay. Then she asked if I want the insurance key word was asked. I said no I don’t need it, the She asked me for my insurance company I advised her I don’t have insurance because I don’t have a car then She said system want let me by pass that without me giving her insurance or I take your insurance. I told her that’s not true I just rented same van last weekend and it’s my option. She said not true and walked away to asked another young lady in the back so she came back and by pass insurance as I said she could because it’s my option to take insurance or be Responsible for any damange. Ok pass hat Then she said system told her to put 74 miles against my credit card I say not true I said if that’s the case why Did you asked me and also the Other two customer prior to me and you gave Then what they want but you giving me hard time and being loud and rude. system telling you his amount. I said last week it’s said minimum was 20. Then she got very rude said you don’t have To take it I go to the next customer because I don’t have time for this BS this morning I said you are so rude I have the right to asked question because I’m Paul g and I have NEVER NEVER went they this before with no one you are so rude. She told me take It or leave it. No RESPECT No CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST PLAIN RUDE. I will never go back there if I ha to deal with her and I have a recording of the Conversation on how she was Talking to me. Best way I can describe her is one of her hands has long nails andThe other one dont she wears a glove on that one. All of the young ladies are black and so am I so no discrimination there JUST EANT CORPORATE TO KNOW THIS IS THE WORSE I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT ALL OTHER TIME EVERYONE IS NICE AND CORDIAL NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE TO DEAL WITH SUCH DISRESPECT

I was about an hour late for my rental and found out that my rental was cancelled. I am fine with the policy,, but you should notify the customer about it. No other Uhaul facility I have used has that policy. In the world of automated text messages and emails, there is no excuse for the lack of communication. Also, please commend Simone (inside) and the gentlemen who checked me out and back in (outside). Both were professional and a pleasure to deal with.

As for as we can see everything went smoothly and we have no complaints. We do suggest a senior citizen, AARP or county/ city discount would have been nice whether the use was for local or long distance.Thank you for your service.
