Just want to say that is always important to feel the hospitality at any type of business you go to or have to deal with for a period of time. The staff at Meriden Road U-Haul was amazing every single time I went there there was nothing but open arms and help appreciate them and look forward to doing business with them in the future if I ever need to go some place in storage I'll be coming back to my U-Haul. Please share with the Meriden Rose staff how grateful Toby was for their assistance and all my needs thank you

denize m | Experiencia generalGRQCIAS A USTEDES X SUS SERVICIOS MUY BUENOS BENDICIONES
Jose R | Primeras impresionesThe uhaul stuff was the absolute worst!
wanda m | Experiencia generalStaff was polite professional & helpful when needed.
SABRINA K | Experiencia generalN/A
ANTONIO G | Experiencia generalIt was a good experience for me and not as bad as some people rate it on google. Staff were helpful and each process from taking out a storage to closing was smooth and swift. Also 4.5stars on affordability. Generally great.
michelle o | Experiencia generalFirst off , they didn't show us how to use the key card to get in the building. Second, they gave us someone else storage unit number. After we couldn't get the lock open , we try to call from in the basement where the storage unit is to the front desk, didn't get anyone, had to walk all the way back up thats how we find out the unit number was wrong. Totally disappointed but we didn't have another option so had to settle with it.
David B | Primeras impresionesThank you Rex an staff awesome
ERICA H | Experiencia generalMatt is a awesome employee
BRETT M | Primeras impresionesGreat job Rex and team keep up the good work
ERICA H | Primeras impresiones100 a month for a small unit in the basement, that has mold, is ridiculous. 2 months and all my stuff smells like mold. I get it's in waterbury but that doesn't mean it should be a ghetto sht hole
