All the employees were helpful and professional! I will certainly continue to use the services available here again!
CAROL V | Overall ExperienceMy unit was infested with pack rats, spiders, and roaches. Due to a rotted seal under the door, it also allowed summer storms to blow water, dirt, and debris into the front of my unit. The seal was fixed, but the damage (mostly from rats) was already done.

After having tried to change a reservation to a more convenient location, when we arrived at 8:45 to sign the papers, we waited until 930 and nobody arrived at the Benson Street location. There were at least 10 people waiting For the staff to arrive at that location. I called Christopher and Fernando at the Ina location were exceedingly helpful in getting us into a storage unit at their facility without any trouble at all. We were on a very strict schedule and needed the process to go as smooth as possible as we were returning to New Mexico the same day. Highly recommend this location. Cannot say terribly impressed being driven to the app with every call. The app is buggy.

Nicole N | Overall ExperienceSeamless from front desk to rented truck and storage rooms. The front desk was on point! Answered all my questions and got us out the door with a truck and a locking climate controlled storage unit. The truck was clean and 100% prepared.

It went from about $165, 175, 190 by the end and when I tried to contact the facility about the continue price increase on the letter mailed home I was routed multiple times and never received a call back.
