When arrived the clerk was engrossed with an issue with computer and previously checked in truck. Barely acknowledged me and interrupted my process to complain to co workers about other truck. I requested blankets but they weren't in truck so had to return to pick up blankets.

There was some confusion as to my reservation, something got added that the counter person had trouble removing. Beyond that, the counter person, while obviously capable and knowledgeable, is less than congenial and has poor people skills. That would not stop me from using this location or service, but it is off-putting.

I reserved a U-Haul a week prior to needing it, submitted all my credit card info, the driver info, etcetera. I triple confirmed it by speaking with a Wendy the day before. When my brother, whom was the licensed driver, (also confirmed to operate the vehicle), went to pick it up, there was no reservation. How disorganized can you people be. I wanted to pay for it on the credit card I had input in your online system, but instead he had to pay out-of-pocket. The entire reason, I confirmed this reservation 3 x was so that wouldn't happen. Very unprofessional and incompetent employees. Completely disappointed. If you reserve a truck via the online system, you better go in there days ahead of time, to make sure no one has screwed up your order!!!!!!!

I have an issue and will be calling U-Haul. The company charged me an additional $0.04 (4 cents) extra on mileage when I turned in the truck. Issues I have are: The fuel gage was slow to register the amount of gas put in which caused me to fill the tank above full. I took a picture with my phone. I turned the truck in 1 day early.

The employees were having trouble with the computer system, which happens. I definitely understand. But, the way they handled it was extremely unprofessional. They were not rude to me as a customer, but they didn't try very hard to make it for the fact that the wait was too long. These employees need better training on how to serve their customers. Also, if the computer system is giving you issues, then it's time to upgrade.

I reserved my truck online and a credit hold was put on my account. When we arrived at this location, the system wasn't showing what we ordered. Then, they tried to put a second credit hold on my card for the rental which included double what the estimated mileage was. I was unhappy that it took 20 minutes to resolve the problem and that there was even a problem to begin with.
