Stacy S | Overall ExperienceOur unit was infested with rat poop and they refused to call the other unties to notify them or us that there was an issue and failed to rectify the situation or compensate us for damages They keep their storage units so dark and don’t have any pest control. They need to be held accountable for the damages done to my belongings. The person we spoke to was very rude and condescending and has still failed to get us the information needed to submit a proper claim.
