John T | Overall ExperienceThe situation that forced my wife and I to rush a storage unit was not fun. The staff of U-haul made the situation easy. They got us the space needed to store our belongings for the time we needed. I would recommend that if you ever need to store something, go the extra mile and go climate control. It makes moving things a better.
Gregory t | Overall ExperienceThe lever on door stuck n couldn’t close so my belongings were left overnite unlocked. Then the person who replaced the locking mechanism put it on crooked then had the same problem n so man came out to fix it but we empeied it out completely.

I attempted to access my storage unit twice before the office was opened and I kept getting an error and had to wait around for the office to open. They couldn’t tell me why it happened ie that it wouldn’t happen again, just said it should’ve worked.
