Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulGreat Staff. Always helpful and friendly.
Erin A | Experiencia generalI would like to thank the entire team where I stored my belongings, I would also like to thank the team who rented the uhaul truck and vehicle trailer to move in June 2025 and then rent a trailer to move back to Washington end of September 2026 leading me to rent the uhaul storage. The staff understood my concerns and were a nice shoulder to lean when I felt like I had none. They provided support in ways that gave me a peace of mind in calmness while leaving a situation that I had to move from. While becoming situated without a home, and a job, I quickly found a place and a job weeks after renting the uhaul storage unit. I wasn't worried about my belongings, I knew they were protected. Several times I had questions and couldn't get in, my access code gave me issues trying to enter the facility and the staff remedied the issues right away. I am thankful for the dolly, the carts and the lock, that would have gave more ambition to take more steps of the dolly wasnt rentable and the carts along with the elevator accessible. With my little lock probably not avle to keep much out if it was broken into, the lock Uhaul allowed me to purchase gave me ease of mind. Thank you entire staff of Uhaul from Spokane Wa to Bottineau ND then back again, each group shared a support and help. Thanks to the weekend staff June 2025 when I had a flat tire and a mechanic came out all the way from another part of the state to change it for me. I believe in the insurance to carry because, I probably would still be on the side of the road waiting (jk) there were neighbors close by driving and stopping to see if I needed help just outside the town I got a flat tire on the uhaul truck. Thank your entire staff and support, God Bless your Company and your helping us move.
jeniffer b | Experiencia generalStaff and facilities were great. The text you get when you rent a truck does not work. It wants you to do it before you leave the parking lot but it won’t upload pictures. This is the second time this has happened. Besides that everything was fine.
Adam G | Experiencia generalJessica is great. Had several phone calls with her, including an update on the Spokane fire situation. She worked with me to set my reservation for a 5x8 trailer, and was able to get me a ramp. I stored with these folks for a year. Nathan was extremely helpful checking me in a year ago, and checking out. Chante was just as helpful, and got me a step ladder and cart when none were in the immediate vicinity. And a special kudos to Felix! I made a slight spill, and she got me a soapy rag to clean it up. I dirtied her freshly mopped bathroom floor in the process, but she only smiled and helped me the entire time. Lovely group of people.. Bill
WILLIAM F | Experiencia generalStill bit confused on one month free
penny M | Primeras impresionesBecause of our circumstances of losing our home in the wildfires Jess and her team were absolutely outstanding in everything we had and needed from her organization, thank you UHaul for all the help and kindness in our situation and circumstances!! Thank you All and especially Jess, you all are awesome, God Bless!!
Carl N | Mudanza en líneaThis place was the greatest facility I've been to thank you for all your help
Milton P | Experiencia generalExceptional facility. I have never seen such a security system at a storage facility. I knew my belongings were safe. And the carts used to move belongings are cleaned on a regular schedule. Amazing. The staff and manager were available, knowledgeable, and friendly. Because I was evacuated for the fires this month, U-Haul provided 30 days of storage free . This was beyond supportive of the community. If I ever move again, this is the storage company I will use.
RANDI R | Experiencia generalEasy access, clean and safe facility. Great people to work with.
BARBARA T | Primeras impresionesExcellent customer service at this location. Very informative, organized, and the storage facility is clean, easy to navigate, and the rental van was also well kept and perfect for my needs.
Tricia M | Mudanza en líneaExcellent staff on-site in Spokane Valley at U-City location.
RANDI R | Primeras impresionesEverything went smooth. The assistant was very informative and helpful. Definitely enjoyed the experience.
WILLIAM C | Primeras impresionesIn one word, Awesome! The truck was great, but the storage unit and mostly the people at the storage unit were so great. They were ready for us and when we discovered we had too much stuff for our unit, they quickly got us another one, right next to the one we had. They were friendly and very helpful. Couldn't ask for more.
