ROBERT BI was asked to switch from a trailer to a cargo van to help UHaul reposition equipment from Spokane to Oregon. I was told that the cost would be the same. The pick up location tried to charge me more. Further the gas consumption on the cargo van was extreme, costing me well over a hundred dollars. Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of for UHauls benefit

GARY BRented pickup truck. Brand new Chevy, only 9500 miles. Within minutes realized transmission blown. Had to have help pushing out of small loading area because no reverse. By the time I got back to uhaul to trade for another, it only had 1st gear. Had to get box truck. Should have been full refund but would not. Shame on you Uhaul, you've once again proven your slimy practices haven't changed.

TITUS KNothing at this location. They were great. A company as a whole……it would be easier for the customer to get a full truck of gas then return a full truck of gas. That way it avoids confusion as to how much to put in the truck when you return it.
JANENE RAssistant manager was extremely rude on the phone when I called to explain why I needed the trailer for another day!! I will never deal with this uhaul or maybe any uhaul in the future. I have no clue how this lady made it to a manager position with an attitude like she has.

ROBERT LA lot of bullshit just to rent a small trailer for a few hours. Need to contact an emergency contact....really? Most people don't answer an unknown number and you can't rent a trailer if Noone answers??

I underestimated the amount of stuff I had and needed a larger storage unit. She was able to help get me switched over and at the end of the day, after turning in the truck, she gave me a hug and told me I would be ok.

JEAN DUpon returning my vehicle they surprised me with a $200 charge for not being at the "expected" miles. I had no idea there were expected miles, and I still don't see where that was posted. I wasn't that far off considering the length of my trip so this was a big surprise and a big charge to get slapped with especially when I brought the vehicle back above the fuel tank and received no credit for that. When I asked the employee for an explanation she just said that's what it is and there was no one else there for me to talk to. She was very dismissive and unhelpful and never provided written explanation of the charges. Additionally there were about 4-5 police cars around and individual next to this location. So overall this location was not inviting and clean, the employee was rude and unhelpful, and I would not recommend this location or uhaul to another person. This felt like a scam and despite submitting concerns through the uhaul app I still have not been contacted with an explanation.

LEANN SThe driver that dropped the boxes off for us to load was extremely rude. She was cursing the entire time and complaining about our road and saying that U-haul was putting her life in danger with these dangerous drop-offs. I need to add The first scheduled drop off was rescheduled for 3 days after we needed them and she tried to deny the drop off when they did finally when arrive due to the busy road. I had explicitly explained twice to U-Haul customer service about the busy road and they assured me they would have the appropriate safety measures in place. The driver took it out on us when we had made it clear with U-Haul what the drop off and pick up would be like. When the boxes were delivered to the final location the driver tore up the grass next to the driveway and got a stuck where our new neighbor had to assist her with boards getting out. The sprinkler may have been damaged as well. That is still being assessed. Both drivers for the delivery and pickup for the final destination were very nice and polite but it unfortunately we now have damage to our brand new home's grass (new to us). I would be hesitant in going through this process again due to the various hiccups but it was the cheaper option in the long run so you get what you pay for I guess…

MAURICE AThis location behaves with a level of mistrust that is creepy. I returned a clean vehicle and was forced to stay in the car to test all the lights, turn signals, etc. which were never tested at time of pick up. My friend was able to get out and supervise them. Never again.

MOLLY G | Overall ExperienceUsed this facility for 3 years to store all my belongings, finally was able to move out! In those 3 years- Zero crime, Zero bugs/rodents, Zero water/heat damage. Facility was always clean, staff was usually helpful/kind (the bad apples usually didn't stick around for too long) rates stayed reasonable (one $5 per month increase over the 3 years) and never had an issue with billing. No hidden fees/overcharge etc. If storage is needed in my future, U Haul will be my first go-to! Keep up the great work, it's much appreciated but probably not expressed as much as it should be.
