Steve B | Experiencia generalI have rented storage units from quite a few different businesses over the years. This has been the best experience I have had with any of them. Jay was very welcoming when I arrived to rent my unit. He took the time to show me different options available so I could make the best choice for what I needed. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured in any way. This is also the cleanest and best maintained property I have seen. I've been to most of them in the Spokane area and this is the one I'd recommend to anybody looking for an honest, safe and reasonably priced unit.
Brittney S | ReservaciónThank you for your great rates and clean storage rooms and the courtesy to refund overpaid months. I still think the hours could be better. I've arrived at 9.30 pm to get something important out of my storage room and was denied access, also tried returning at about 5.30 am and same results. I think hours are too restrictive. I was able to gain access at a previous U-Haul storage at those hours. Day sleepers like me can find it a little inconveniencing.
HEZRON K | Experiencia generalThe nicest family owned unit. I would recommend to anyone needing a unit.
Nicholas E | Experiencia generalI moved and called to cancel my unit. They told me they wouldn't charge me since I never stepped foot into the storage unit. And still got charged and have yet to receive a refund....... Would not recommend. I lost 110$ and really needed it
Shaniya L | Experiencia generalI stored my furniture in a drive up unit at Wilbur Road Self Storage for 13 months. While I could have gotten a cheaper price at other places, I chose Wilbur for it's accessibility (right off the freeway), it's security, location and the people. It's a family business and Jenn (office) and Jay made the process of moving in extremely easy. And they were always accessible if an issue arose. All in all, I was happy I chose Wilbur and I think you will be too.
Lynn N | Experiencia generalExcellent storage facility with great customer care and decent prices, very helpful and accommodating.
kyle h | Experiencia generalEasy and friendly. My first time renting a storage unit and was scared about hidden fees. There were none and even got money back after moving out before my month was over. Overall, fantastic place!
Jessica R | Experiencia generalThey had the right size storage unit for my trailer although very tight to jackknife my trailer in with my truck. Jay helped to get it out with his hand cart. Thanks Jay Will be back next winter
Daryl M | Experiencia generalStorage units very clean, employees very helpful and friendly
Roy B | Experiencia generalCleanest and most well-maintained storage facility we have ever had. Hated to leave but had to move our stuff closer to our new address. Thank you for everything, it was a wonderful experience with no issues!!
Karen S | Experiencia generalGreat place and people!
Josh G | Experiencia generalI had this unit for almost 5 years. Never were there any surprise fees or increases. They took autopay so it was convenient, and the guy who owns it is extremely easy to talk to. This was by far the best storage experience I have ever had.
