Kelly H. | Overall ExperienceOverall not terrible but we ran into a few issues. My payment didn’t go through for some reason and a day later our keycard didn’t work to allow us to get in. Okay understandable. We went to the desk and paid for the month only to find out that a second lock had been placed on the unit. We went back to the desk and the attendant was assisting another customer so we asked that he remove the lock and told him we would be back soon. When we came back the lock was still there and we had to ask again for it to be removed. Seems a bit overkill for a payment that was ONE day late especially since it showed I had attempted to pay it on time. The hours also aren’t the best and it’s inconvenient to be limited on when you’re able to access your belongings. Overall not terrible and everyone working there was helpful and friendly for the most part. We just found it unsettling that after such a short time a lock would be put on the unit without a call or notice that the payment didn’t go through.
