Kristina m | Overall ExperienceThe actual storage Unit I was assigned had stuff inside that I had to move out and part of it was a moldy cardboard box. The storage unit also had a wet floor and I suspect maybe ceiling was leaking because it rained on that day that I was moving in. I moved a bunch of clothes into that storage that I sell so hoping they don't get damaged by rain if the ceiling is truly leaking. Now the storage facility itself had a horrible bathroom smell because the bathroom door was just wide open and quite evidently unkept. It was hard to breath in there honestly. I hadn't already booked it I would've gone somewhere else just because of that smell.

angela b | Overall ExperienceThe employees were somewhat rude I've had to run in with them like three times and they were not so very nice all three times one time I tried to tell them that the garage door would not go down and yes the office was closed but there was four people in there and they all looked at me and ignored me I was there for over 15 minutes trying to tell them that I couldn't get the door down and nobody cared till I came knocking where I wasn't supposed to be I was trying to be helpful they obviously were not they ignored me quite a few times and then when I turned in my storage unit the other day which was early you guys don't prorate anyway the staff is rather unfriendly
