I was disappointed that I had to drive to this location to pick up the truck as I had reserved it to pick up at Manley Tire in Valley Springs. This cost me another 20 miles and time in my car and an extra 20 miles and extra time to drive back.

We didn't realize that we wouldn't have a trailer at the location that we had requested . . . . so we had to have an additional two hours to go and pick up a trailer. We also had to wait about 25 minutes for the employee to finish helping another customer before she was free to help us. Once she got to us - it was very quick. The INSIDE of the trailer was clean, and the blankets and equipment were great!

I was given the truck with a quarter of a tank left.. as soon as I drove 5 miles the gas light came on and said I had 50 miles to E!! Who wants a empty truck to start moving with. This is not the 1st time its happened! Then I brought the truck back the same night, and my car was charged twice. Once for $125, then for $180. There is no way it should if been that much!! I was never seen a receipt of any kind! I will never use uhaul again.

make sure if they are renting at 6pm that they are informed od the return time. i received a phone call 2hrs after our 19.95 a day ( 24hrs) was apparently suppose to be returned at noon which was only (18hrs) 6 hrs short of the price I paid for. It was fixed and I returned the truck 1hr early.

too many hidden fees. my truck must not have been refuled completely when I picked it up. I drove it 12 miles total and it took me 6+ gallons of gas to refule it. we only had the truck half full when we hauled it so it could have been burning that much gas. it looked like it got less than 2 miles per gallon. We even turned the tow mode off. my online quote was was little under $50.00 which was for the truck(29.00) , insurance, and 10 miles of travel.... By the time it was all said and done I paid $80.00 .... The truck was clean and customer service was good but more money than what we budgeted

I reserved a truck and car hauler but when Uhaul called to confirm my rental there was no car hauler reserved so we had to go to two different locations to get the truck and trailer. Inconvenient.

Terrible! Rsvrd a 9x6x10, given a 7x5x10 went back to get fixed n given a 8x10x10 great! xcept they're chrgin me $99 instead of $65 like the one I reserved n now can't pay bill bc it's $35 more than budgeted for! Wtf

Everyone was great. The guy helping us was very professional. We originally had rented a 4x8 trailer and he upgraded us to a 5x8 as he said the other one had a bad wheel and knowing we were going 550 miles did not want us to have any problems.

when we got there the truck they had for us was broken down then they had to give up a truck that was for sale the back was a hot mess the door barely opened and the seatbelts barely worked. The manager wouldn't even acknowledge the mistake or us, the girl who helped seemed put out by it all. The whole transaction was a hot mess and at no point did we here Im sorry for the mess it was more or less do you want a smaller truck or you have to wait.

I had excellent customer service at the Sioux Falls location on W. 11. Gregory suggested info that was more helpful than the representative I had on the phone when making my reservation. Drop off was fast and easy since my email and debit card info was on file.
