Improve the online reservation system. It doesn’t seem to work with the checkout system. It takes too long to check out.

While waiting for over a half hour for someone to help me, I went online and completed everything to rent a 4x7 trailer, including paying with a debit card. When an employee finally helped me, he couldn't find the reservation and I had to give him all the info and pay again. After getting home, the trailer wasn't wide enough. It is advertised as a 4x7, but interior is only 3'3", which is deceptive advertising. It is closer to 3x7 than 4x7. Couldn't even use trailer and immediately returned it. I would like my money back and you need to change advertising size. Not happy and complete waste of my time.

Ensure the vehicle is clean when I get it. Old fries were all over the cab of the truck and make sure the vehicle is full of gas. Also accurately record the mileage to the tenth of a mile not just rounding to whole numbers. Because of the truck not being filled and mileage not accurately recorded I spent more on gas than I needed to and was charged for additional mileage because I stopped to get gas. The truck ended up with a half tank more than I received it with and no refund is given and could not waive the 2 miles I was charged. I will never use uhaul again and will recommend to everyone never use your services again.

The online 24/7 share thing is horrible! Had to go in and start all over with the representative at the store... (Not good for a service that is supposed to be convenient) also when I dropped off the vehicle I followed the instructions from my email and completed all the steps and I was STILL CHARGED the $20 dollar after hours service charge. I followed all of the steps and this is rediculous. I only used this VAN for 2hours (As I had only a couple important things to move to my new place right away and the rest over the next few weeks and I can't imagine I'll be renting a uhaul) around 16 miles, and I paid over $55. I've used uhal before with no problems 1. If I would have kept the for an additional 20 some hours and returned it when the business was open I would have saved $20. 2. I still followed all of the instructions to satisfy the return and still got charged for it. Nickel and dime nickel and dime. Penske might have just earned my business when I complete my move.

Person who helped me originally was not very knowledgable. He was asking questions alot while getting the trailer lined up for me. Also the driver side front tire of the trailer i had was out of balanced. i communicated this to the rep who i returned the trailer with. He said he would check it out.

My entire experience was excellent. Every person I spoke to on the phone or face to face were knowledgeable and professional. I needed extra says one a one way rental due to o weather conditions. This was granted at no extra charge. I am definitely a fan of any business that treats people well. Moving isn't easy but uhaul took a lot if the stress out by having good people and an easy process

I got to my destination and paid for an appliance cart and no appliance cart in the truck called the place was on hold for 15 minutes had to go back to get appliance cart both trips 20 minutes each way and all I got offered was to be reimbursed for 10 miles it was very a very big inconvenience

No so much a complaint.. My card was charged $52.36. I drove 10 miles. When I arrived back to the store to drop off the Uhaul truck, I was supposed to be charged $36 and some change. Not sure when the $16. It was said that my card wouldn't be charged till I brought back the truck. Again no complaint here.. Was Just saying. I love the company. Thank U have a good day

Location is closed on Christmas when I drop the trailer off I didn't get a picture sent for about a half hour after check in and was charged for an extra day but I called into customer service and they are supposed to reverse the charge

I love the after hours drop off option. Once I'm done with the trailer, I need it gone. The online return was a bit confusing....never really let me know if I had successfully completed the steps. ....but, I am not much of an online person....so....maybe it was just me. Thanks.
