It was clear and understood that I wanted a ubox and she specifically told me I didn’t have to have the round disc lock for ubox. In turn, I purchased a regular lock and key only to have to purchase the round disc because of YOU ALL S MISTAKE

It has easy access , great parking space , clean restroom and facilities. And I thank you for your services to me and others because all my belongings were the same as it was when I stored them.
