The drop off was a good experience. The driver mirror fell off during transit and the drop off location replaced it in a matter of minutes so that I could complete the unloading of my goods.

If I recommend U-Haul, I would recommend this location. However, I do not recommend U-Haul! After making a reservation online, for the largest truck, it allowed the reservation and told me someone would contact me with the pickup location the day before getting it. I was never contacted and then 2 hours were wasted trying to figure out where my reserved truck was. This so called reserved truck was an hour and a half the opposite direction! This was more than frustrating, especially because we had help moving that morning and then 2 hrs were wasted! I would never recommend online reservations again! Plus, we did not have any compensation for the error that U-Haul made!

Two workers from Uhaul did not want to and know how to remove a car tow dolly. They wanted my 75 year old father in-law and my husband to do it instead. Eventually they helped them remove it. Maybe staff should be trained in all skills or know how to ask someone else on site for help.

We were charged a SafeMove coverage charge of $14.00 and was never told about that and we were charged a cleaning charge of $25.00 and the truck was returned in the same CLEAN condition as we received it. therefore that added $39.00 more to the bill and was not expected so next time I will shop around different rental companies.

Well the uhaul was hard to drive, very noisy. When I went to return over night the lock wouldn't open to secure the uhaul. So I had to drive it around front and park in front so camera could see if case anyone broke into it. Also I was on hold with this problem for 45 minutes trying to get help.

I rented a truck with a loose mirror. I asked that it be tightened and was told they didn't have the tool. I had to drive with the window rolled down holding the mirror in place...and then I was double billed. How do you guys stay in business?

More check in/check out clerks are needed at the desk. Also what is the point of the online check in if you still have to wait in a long line to get the key. I would have rated excellent if I didn't have to wait in long very slow moving line to get key. It makes online check in a waste of time.

I would like to be allowed to return equipment at different location than was originally rented. There were no local dealers with the size equipment I needed so I was forced to drive miles across town to pickup truck.

Had a vechilce that was bigger than the one that got approved and our engine was bigger than a 5.3 but yet didn’t get approve got told if our truck was 4wheel drive we would have got approved

The team was great! They were all friendly and courteous. One suggestion, There should be a way for the staff to know that a customer has pulled into the return area without customer going inside to alert staff of the return.
